I had gone to this store to purchase a phone for my girlfriend for Christmas. The cashier said I couldn’t purchase a phone unless I knew a PIN for a prepaid account, or if my name was on the plan if it was a plan. So I left without the phone that I was trying to buy with straight out cash. I sent my girlfriends sister to buy the phone and she accidentally got the s6 instead of the s6 edge. I went two days later with my girlfriend to make the exchange and they want to charge a 50 $ re-​stocking fee. That is ridiculous for a phone I paid 600 dollars for, and need to pay 150 more to switch to the correct one. And on top of that… $ 50. I’m glad I’m a Verizon customer.
