Customer Service is poor… we purchased an IPhone 6 Plus which was defective, received a replacement, and they not only did not transfer the information from one phone to the other, but also gave us the wrong instructions on how to do it on our own. We finally called APPLE and they assisted us. If you buy an I Phone, buy directly from APPLE. We also called the service department at TMOBILE and their service technicians are not knowledgeable about the APPLE products.
