Great gel manicure! The other customers there raved about the pedicures so I’ll be back. Reasonable prices. Great color selection.

Completely terrible and utterly unprofessional.
I called 45 minutes in advance to make a reservation for 3 people at 11:00 and they said that they could accommodate that and that they would take care of us all at once. We also mentioned taut we had a time constraint and that it would not be a problem. When I arrived, my girlfriends and I walked in and were seated and after 25 minutes, only two of the three of us had just begun. When I called the owner out on her lack of professionalism, she bag an to argue with me and cause a scene in front of all of her customers. As I sit here letting my nails dry 53 minutes later, my other friend has just begun. I highly recommend that you do not give your business to H20 Nails if you want to be treated like the paying customer that you are.
I update this review less than 24 hours later to share with you that my nail polish is either gone or chipping on 5 of my ten fingers.

I’m only posting here because I saw on another post that this salon was affiliated or re-​named with/​to Diamonds nail spa in Valparaiso. I gave them a bad review today which they rightfully deserved. So if this is the same salon or run by same owners I encourage you to see not only my, but several other terrible reviews on the Diamonds nail and spa page.

Been coming here for the past 4 years! They have a good selection of nail polish including Essie and other various brands. Their pedicures are really great for a reasonable price. They give you a short massage and exfoliate with lemon sea salt stuff which leaves your skin feeling & looking amazing! Their english is not as great but they try to understand you and they usually do. The other places nearby are not as clean as this place. Will return & they also have punch cards at the front desk.

I’ve only gone to get my nails done at a salon/​spa a couple times, but the last time I went was here and I was extremely disappointed. I got a fill and no chip polish. The whole time the guy was doing my nails he seemed extremely inconvenienced, was trash talking whoever did my nails before (except I was actually REALLY happy with how my nails were before that) and was making super negative comments about how I chose to have my nails shaped. By the time I left the place and got to my car the polish was already cracked. Not chipped off or anything, but there were little fractures in the polish. Needless to say they got worse over time. I’m not going to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get my nails done by a complete jerk who is only there for the money when I can go somewhere else and have someone who WANTS me to be happy with my nails.

I took my girlfriend and I to get pedicures here. I’ve been here a few times, and always had a decent experience. Not this last time. The technicians did not say a word to us the entire time. The pedicure itself was not great, it was two days ago and three toes have chipped. When we were finished I went to the front to pay. I paid with my card, and tipped twenty percent. The woman collected my receipt, looked at it, and walked away. We stood there awkwardly, almost thinking she was coming back because we didn’t get a thank you, have a good day, NOTHING. I felt extremely let down by both their quality of work and customer service. I will not be back.

My stepdaughter and I got pedicures in November here in Valpo! The service was impeccable and we loved being pampered! And now I find out my husband went in and purchased a gift certificate for me!!! Love it!!!

So I was recently treated to a manicure and pedicure here for my birthday, this past Easter weekend. I have never had a professional mani-​pedi done before, so I am still a novice when it comes to going to nail salons, as I always just used to do my own nails, however, I do know a thing or two about quality when I see it. I personally had a great experience at H20. All of the staff members are really friendly, caring, and patient. Everything seemed to be in excellent condition and they had everything together just so, even for a grand opening. I really loved the massage chairs they had, and the scrub they used on my feet and legs. I felt very relaxed and pampered, as you should at the salon. And they did a fine job of the mani-​pedi, as far as painting goes. It has been almost week and my nails are still going strong without much of any damage at all. And I must say I do not have the prettiest feet to work with, but they helped get some bad calluses off my feet that had been there for years lol. I have no complaints, it is a nice place to check out whether you live in Valparaiso or are just stopping through. The ambiance was great. They had a nice selection of slow R&B and soft rock playing and you could tell they put a lot of thought into the décor as well. Overall, just a great experience and I would definitely go back if I am in the Valparaiso area again and need my nails done.
