If negative stars were an option I would have selected that. I have been an att customer for 4 years and went in with questions about an upgrade. Not only was the manager extremely unhelpful he basically told me this is the law and you can go to another carrier but you will pay more. I would switch carriers because of him if anyone else had as good of coverage! Go to any other att store they do not deserve your business!
