i brought in my andriod phone in for an evaluation because i had gotten the phone wet. i was told it was not worth fixing and went to pick up the phone and noticed part of the frame/​body was cracked. i asked them to replace the frame piece and they agreed, i told them that i planned on selling my phone on ebay for parts or repair so i needed the frame fixed. i go back the 2nd time to pick up my phone and now the button on the bottom of the phone is jammed. i did not take the phone back to them because it was not worth the headache. i will not recommend these people to any of my friends.

UPDATE: My phone’s screen randomly stopped working 2 months after I brought it in. No cracks, no dropping, no water, and still makes sounds, so I know it’s not the phone itself. These people made such a loose connection when they originally «fixed» my phone that it was randomly going to stop working, in the hopes I would maybe bring it back to get it fixed there again. This company is reputable enough that I chose them to fix my screen over a nice old man, but now I know that all the kids working in this specific store want it done and you gone. I ended up buying a Samsung Note 3 for less than the repair cost.

I drove really far out of my way to get here just based on a great five second phone call… the only good phone conversation I had. Best Buy turned me away and another local business was rude. UBreakiFix was great. They fixed my computer fast and for cheap. Thanks.

Just got my daughter’s iPhone screen repaired here. We received great service. The screen was fixed within 30 minutes while we waited. Waiting area is comfortable. All sales people were polite & helpful. Our tech recommended a tempered glass protector & installed it for us. I thought the repair price was very reasonably priced! Definitely would recommend this business to all!
