I made an appointment online for 2 and when I got there there was no wait at all. I got everything done within 10 minutes and the 2 women that were working were very nice.

I thought I’d try a smaller location for my regular labs to avoid the zoo in Brandon. I should have known better. Yes, it was a smaller location but with it, thanks to Reaganomics, (is that still valid or relevant to quote?) what you get with a smaller lab is a smaller lab which means fewer staff. The ones there were very nice and doing as best they could but just one more employee would have made all the difference in the world. I had a 9:30 AM appointment. I got my blood drawn at about 10:15. Le sigh. The best part was I got a Garfield band-​aid which made it all worth it.
If you use LabCorp make sure to schedule an appointment time for yourself, otherwise you’ll wait and wait and wait.

They were very nice and I got in and out in 15 minutes from my 7:45 appointment. I enjoyed this location much more than the Parsons. I would recommend!

One of the most unprofessional places ive been. Staff was very impatient and rude. Asked how their day was going and they ignored me. Another customer that was at the facility even commented about how rude they were. Instead of talking with an inside voice they were constantly screaming back and forth to each other. Even though I made an appointment it took them over an hour to get to me. If you can avoid this place please do it.
