They are always so friendly when we order. The food is always hot and fresh. I usually get the Kickin’ Chicken sandwich, it’s delicious if you like, well, a kick to your chicken. I really enjoy the food here as well as the atmosphere when we go in to eat. The place is clean and the people are nice. Feels and tastes more restaurant quality than fast food. I love Zaxbys.

Very solid chicken fingers and boneless wings here. Better than Chick fila and PDQ in my opinion and you don’t get the crazy lines or wait times. Fries are normally perfectly cooked. Only complaint is the dining area needs a good cleaning. Greasy stains on the booth seats and the ceiling fans are covered in dirt.

I missed having a Zaxby’s near by for SO long. Now that we moved here to Valrico I’ve had to hold myself back from going as much as my little heart desires. Man how I missed their chicken & their Zax sauce is true love! Fried mushrooms & Caesar salad are great, I usually get the chicken finger platter. Some yummy stuff folks. Did I mention Zax sauce? Mmm

Love their chicken! Especially the big zax snax meal. The tenders are chunks of flavorful chicken! Portions are generous. I also enjoy their zalads, they have 8 different choices to please everyone. Spicy mushroom appetizer is delicious and more than enough for two. Zaxbys has the new coke machine which I find helps to please everyone in the family. We have been visiting this store for years. The décor is fine but beginning to look a little tired the staff does a great job keeping the place clean. If you’re looking for a fast food chicken meal Zaxbys is a great choice!

Zaxby’s is one of the finest fatty food joints around. I HIGHLY recommend the Kickin Chicken Sandwich meal (sub out the hot sauce for Zax sauce). It isn’t healthy food but it is delicious. And the tea is always Southern sweet.

Best chicken strips around!
My favorite fast food restaurant! Best chicken fingers outside of Elephant Bar in California! Tender, juicy white meat tenders, creamy crinkle cut fries, texas toast, and great coleslaw (think KFC slaw) and many dipping sauces to choose from. My favorite is their honey mustard., Of course you can get sandwiches and salads, which are great too, but I seemed to go back for the chicken tender plate. Portions are generous enough and prices are comparable. Restaurant is inviting and clean.
Always a great lunch choice. Even my 3 year old twin grandsons love this place!

I really dont know why I done come here a lot more. The chicken is really really good. Something I have noticed it the price is the same but the chicken seems to be getting smaller. The fries are really good and they texas toast thats comes with the meal is awesome. I always get the chicken tender platter with double chicken and fries instead of cole slaw. I have been getting that from here for about 8 years now. Everytime I come here i enjoy the food and I definitly recommend trying the chicken here.

3 stars. An average rating for mediocre oily chicken. The staff was pleasant, but not very helpful. The décor was kinda nice, but the cost of the meal seemed like a lot for the amount they gave us. I know a lot of people love this place, but for the price I can get better fried chicken elsewhere.

I was so happy to finally get here to try this place! and it was everything I though it would be! I ordered the selection that had boneless wings, chicken fingers, and fries and wow the chicken is so tender! The fries were delicious too! The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. I got a discount coupon for chekcing in which is a nice treat! I like that it is a fast food experience where you can get in a out pretty quickly if needed and go through a drive thru but if you dine in– the atmosphere is more of a restuarant type of setting. I will definitly return!

I’ve never had bad service or a bad meal here. Zaxby sauce is addicting!
The chicken is always juicy and fresh and I love the seasoning on the fries. The sweet tea is sweet enough to send you into a diabetic coma if you’re not careful. Love this place!

I hate to admit this, because I’m a loyal chick fil a patron, but zaxby’s grilled chicken sandwich is really good.
It’s more plump than chick fil a and their bun is really good too.
