Thank goodness I found this place! I’ve been driving around with 2 pairs of boots with worn out heels, looking for a repair store. I tried 2 popular places in Sherman Oaks a few years ago and the work at both places was bad. Lately I’ve been finding great little service providers on Unilocal so I gave this place a try. It’s small, just east of Woodley on the south side of Vanowen. The 3 or 4 shops look run down. The woman who was there both times is very friendly. When I dropped my boots off I looked around the little shop and the shoes all looked new. So I took off the pumps I was wearing and left those with her too– I figured if she could those looking like new I’d have found my «go to» shoe repair. Well I picked up all 3 today and they look like new! Actually my pumps look better than they did new! The turn around was 4 days. I don’t know what people are paying for shoe repairs these days, but it was reasonable.

Took a pair of pumps that needed new heels. They charged 10.00, but did a great job. Parking here sucks, only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars. The lady is nice, ad the place is cluttered, but who cares they did a great job, and very fast. Had it ready in 2 hours. Park across the street, she says its the same owner that own both strip malls.

An older Armenian couple owns this shop. It doesn’t look like much in this tight little corner strip mall and yes, it’s cluttered, but they do good work here. I take my expensive Tory Burch Eddie Ballet flats here to be re-dyed when they get a little worn down and not just the black ones, but the Goldenrod-colored ones and the dye job is a perfect match and reasonable($ 25.00)! You cannot beat that.

Sweet older couple own this shoe repair place. My family and I have been coming here for about 20 years. It’s like visiting your grandma and grandpa. They are super cute, old school and do an amazing job at fixing our shoes. Parking lot is tiny but there is a big lot across the street. The shop looks a bit messy, but hey, they can do whatever they want :)
