If your looking for a company that takes care of your needs, DON’T USE DEE SIGN!
I bought listing signs and open house signs over a year ago, and they messed up my order! I had my listing signs stored in their warehouse and when I ordered my sign to be put on my listing, they told me they couldn’t find them… I then got a call that they found my signs but it had the wrong phone number on the sign… They told me it was my fault and if I wanted them to put a tape sticker on my sign to cover up the wrong phone number they would charge me 45.00 per sign, for a sticker, that is their cost on a 4′ painted wooden R E sign… Also, while talking to a Mgr. they told me my sign was on a truck to be put on my listing… 2 days and 2 phone calls with no call backs and the sign is still not on my listing!
It gets better, now they are telling me they messed up on billing and I owe them more money, but since it has been a year they will wave the charge? Thank you?
My issue is not the fact that they messed up, my issue is they will say anything to make it my fault instead of taking ownership of the multiple problems, and making things right! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save yourself aggravation and use another company!
Also not the only game in town, contact me if you want a good company!

I’ve been working with DeeSign for over 7 years and I only have good things to say about them. From the manager to their customer service to drivers’ manager, they are always extremely helpful, courteous and attentive. I have been working with Dee Sign for 9 years. Their service is always excellent, courteous and prompt. Considering that I manage over 100 agents and their specific needs, I understand the complexity of the job Dee Sign has to do and they do it well. It is also nice to deal with the same staff. It is always frustrating when a company has a quick turn over of employees. This is not the case with Dee Sign. Keep up the good work!

I echo the same complaints as everyone else (except the scam one. They aren’t scammers.) I felt like I was making them do me a favor by giving them my biz. Had to harass them to get a response. No sense of customer service. Now I know to order a month in advance and to start trying to get a response two months in advance.

I have to say I have used Dee Signs over the years and their product is good. Their customer service is far from it, however. My latest order was done wrong, delivered incorrectly, had to go back to be fixed, they didn’t pick them up as promised and redeliver them fixed as promised. I have already paid for the signs and they give me grief when I call and ask where my signs are that were supposed to be back to me yesterday? They cannot even find them in their system. They are rude and seem to think that I should be happily patient and waiting for them to find them! Hello! Customer service is the key here! Very unhappy!

absolutely the rudest staff on the planet. They have a virtual monopoly in the area for sign– making, so this naturally makes them feel they can treat people how they want.
There were two billing mistakes I found on my receipts, an overcharge of almost $ 50. Instead of apologizing for the mistake (or should I say, mistakes?), they just sent me over a «corrected» invoice.
There was a man named G – g that was very rude to me when I asked him to add something to my sign design. They later fixed it, but I didn’t see the point in the initial rudeness. I only went with these folks because my brokerage suggested them.
However, they DO MAKE A GREAT PRODUCT. SO for this… I will give them a bit of lee-​way…

We are a high end international real estate company and Dee Sign is our vendor for all three offices. The service is great! It’s convenient because you can order signs installed and removed online. You can even place the order in advance and note the date you’d like it installed. If you ever have any issues, calling and getting help from the manager Monica has never been a problem for us. Great vendor and customer service.

What was once a really good sign company has jumped the shark. I ordered a sign rider for a listing of mine on Feb 4^th and didn’t receive it until March 2^nd. And I would not of received it at all if I hadn’t followed up 4 times with them. I ordered the rider 2 weeks before a listing of mine was going on the market and I received it 2 weeks after it was already sold. And no refund offered for a sign I don’t need. Stay away!

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews for this company. I’ve been in business for thirteen years, they have always been my sign company and I have never experienced anything but courteous, reliable service. New signs have never been a problem (although, the are very custom, so they work directly with my designer), if I’ve ordered an extra rider, it’s always been there and installation/​removal has always been within 24 – 48 hours, sometimes sooner. No complaints whatsoever.

Horrible company to deal with, it’s a scam! Please do not order anything with them. I should’ve check Unilocal before dealing with this company. Contact me if you need prove of how bad this company is. Time to report them to the BBB.

I called to place an order for custom real estate signs, paid in full, and had the order shipped to my home. I was originally told the order would take only a few days, then an extra day for delivery. Two weeks later the signs arrived completely wrong. It was just standard for lease placards without my name, phone number or real estate office. I was shocked considering the woman who took my order, Kayla, had double checked the spelling of my entire order before placing it.
I had to jump through hoops to get someone to help me correct the order. And they charged me full price! 200 dollars for the order! She said she could give me the 20 percent off promotional coupon but could not do anything to reimburse me for the incorrect 50 dollar order. I reorded the signs, paid in full, and was told it would be expedited.
A week after all of this and I still have not received the signs. When I spoke to someone at Dee Signs they told me my order was pending approval. However I never received an email with a proof, and my credit card was still charged. The email could have gone to spam or been deleted but I scoured my mailbox looking for it to no avail. Knowing the urgency and frustration with the order, I am surprised no one ever followed up with me about the order.
I’m sincerely disappointed with my experience.

How do you run a company where you do not reply to requests for a simple real estate sign rider? I asked for a request, after a week, heard nothing, sent another email they said sorry you did not get our email but we responded (I looked in my spam filters several times) we need to know how many you want to order. I said 12. 2 weeks with no response. Sent another email 2 days ago and still no response.
Being in real estate I know that if I gave this type of service I would not be in business which I am guessing will happen to them.

The worst real estate sign company ever! The quality of their products is poor and the service of their installation department even worse! I have no idea how they stay in business!

I work in real estate and have conducted business with several sign companies over the years. I have found that DeeSigns (who I’ve been associated with going on 9 years now) is the best and they’ve been nothing short of excellent and efficient. I’m not quite sure what the other people who posted negative reviews were talking about when they bashed their customer service as they have ALWAYS been extremely helpful and courteous. Their employees have ensured my installation requests, taken my orders diligently and responded to emails promptly– all the while managing to juggle the various other real estate companies they are under contract with. There’s a reason why the big name companies in real estate use DeeSigns. If anyone has had any experience working with real estate agents then you’ll know how demanding, irrational and impatient they can be.
In particular, my DeeSigns representative, Martha, and her team have gone above and beyond the normal expectations; from emergency same day installations/​removals, to expediting orders in delicate situations. She is patient, amazingly efficient, organized and last but definitely not least, extremely personable. I’ve managed to develop a friendly working relationship with the people there and on some days feel like I talk to them more than my own family!
DeeSigns is a company I trust and rely heavily on to complete the multi-​natured tasks I am charged with daily. I recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for signage, professionalism, integrity and impeccable customer service.

Yikes! What a mess. I’ve ordered signs from these folks many times over a decade. I was never happy with the service but didn’t have time to look for an alternative. I called this morning to order new signs. The rude woman on the phone said they couldn’t find me in their system. I don’t know how that is since they have my for sale signs and put them up on a regular basis (not bad at that actually). She said she’d call me right back. 7 hours later I gave in and called them back. I got some guy this time who was somewhat friendly but dumber than rocks. He didn’t have any idea what [products were on their website. Who puts someone like that on the phones and how hard is it to look it up? He had no clue what he was doing and I had zero confidence that I was going to have a happy outcome. I’ve found the competition. I’m going to them. If they haven’t gotten their act together by now, they never will. Good riddance.

Terrible customer service. Very rude.
