Total satisfaction and friendly service in 30 minutes.
I needed a last minute engraving for my sons graduation.
When I say last minute, I mean it was 2pm and I needed it same day.
After calling around and being told it was too late in the day or that it would take 2 days, I found a light at the end of the tunnel.
H&B did it for me while I waited in a comfy chair for 15 minutes. That was after 15 minutes of exacting my order and making sure I got what I wanted.
I did not have an appointment.
This was the day before a lot of schools graduations and I’m sure they had a lot of work, but didn’t BS me about rush fees or how I was crazy to be such a procrastinator.
Which I am.
Bottom line, the engraving was spot on professional, great conversation chit chat while I waited and a great price.
Would def use them again. I love small businesses that put customer service 1st no matter how small a job .

Everyone at Herman Berman Co is absolutely amazing! They all listened to what I needed, collaberated together to come up with the perfect design, and created an amazing present that is now the centerpiece in my boyfriends apartment. They are all one big family, and I feel like that helps as far as how well they work together. They were very accommodating, and they even treated me like family! I highly recommend Herman Berman Co!
