Extremely disappointing experience. Our building retained the services of Mike Green Fire Protection to replace the back of an alarm pull-box with a weatherproof box because it was being exposed to moisture. First of all the repairman caused damage to the stucco when he removed the previous box. He then proceeded to install the new box but did not want to trim the pipes leading to the box so that initially the box would have sat well below the hole he made in the stucco. He had to be told to take the time to trim the pipes. I would expect a repairman to pay attention to detail and to be aware that he left a gaping hole in the stucco and that perhaps he should try to place the new box in that space rather than several inches below it. He was there for no more than 90 minutes The worst part was when we received the bill in which we were charged for 2 repairmen for 6 hours of labor and the installation of 2 new smoke detectors. This occured in October and we are still trying to get our money back for the fraudulent charges. Overall I was disappointed in the quality of work because I felt as though the repairman was trying to take shortcuts and had to be told to install the box in the right place which required more work and I am further disappointed by the erroneous charges.

Update: After my initial review, the rep contacted me and said the boss just had a meeting to make sure all costumers are taking through the process before a first visit. They also credited back our account a little which goes a long way in my book. We had them service our new condo building. While everything seemed in order and good up front, the day of the alarm test, they did not warn us that the alarm would sound repeatedly for 3 hours throughout the building, that water would flood our garage and that our elevator would become inoperable. These are things that they should have absolutely told us before engaging service.
