I had to cancel an appointment and I gave them at least a day’s notice but afterwards I was consistantly harassed by a person name David who said that I HAD to reschedule and that they were charging me for my cancelled appointment. I have never heard of such a thing — I would understand if I was a no-show or if I cancelled last minute but I had given them called and left them a message at least 24 hours before my appointment. Additionally, I don’t know what right they have to be calling me consistently demanding payment for a service I never received. Very unethical! If there is a license given out for such an establishment it should be revoked for abuse of patient contact information.
