As good as it gets! Everyone is super kind and helpful and I was able to get the perfect sauna for my home. Still works as it did when new! I’m glad my friend had referred me here!

They came out last week to fix our dry sauna. I come back on Thursday just to discover that it went from not turning off to not turning on and this, right before a busy weekend when our sauna is most used. I call them on Thursday to try and get them to come out but no luck. That’s fine it’s the weekend it happens. I get off the phone with them and everything is set for Today at 4:00. We were closing our business early and I got off the phone thinking this was perfect. We’d get our sauna fixed and at a time when it won’t interfere with our clients. He even assured me that there would be no charge since it was their mistake. Great. Flash forward to today. I call them to see if there was any way the technician could come in sooner. The guy who picks up the phone tells me that we were not scheduled for today but for tomorrow. He tells me that whoever I spoke to had mentioned that the technician would come to our spa if they finished their other job early. This was the first time I had ever heard about them coming on Wednesday. The guy couldn’t even tell me what time the technician was scheduled to come out for – it was the first time for me hearing it so obviously there was a miscommunication. But I don’t appreciate them saying that I had misunderstood when he did NOT mention or did NOT make it CLEAR that there was a possibility that the technician would not be able to make it and I told them that. If the guy had just apologized and said I’m so sorry there was a misunderstanding it would have been okay – we’re closing at 4 today and it’ll be up and running before business hours tomorrow NO. BIG. DEAL. But instead he tried to lie and tell me that I was the one in the wrong. The guy I’m speaking to then transfers me to the guy I spoke to. He answers: «Here’s the liar». What. Excuse me? We are a paying business and the amount of disrespect from that one line just shows you what type of people you are doing business with. We are a day spa and we work with customers everyday and we would NEVER say that to a paying client. I have them coming out tomorrow but after that I will NEVER use this company again. I’ve used this company just for convenience. They are the ones who did our installation but asides from that the company is horrible. Every time I ask them to look up a past repair date or order I could just hear the groan coming from the other end – I mean is it not their job to help us? And every time I call I get a different answer. One technician told me that we had to wait for our steam generator to break before we could open it up and clean it out. Another tells me I have to do it every 2 – 3 years. So what is it? I’ve put up with the incompetence and rude manner of this company but this is the last straw. Bye.
