Hi Manager!
Savannah is an excellent example of what a Starbucks experience should be. She is welcoming but also makes you feel special in the brief seconds you get your drink and money is exchanged. It’s a gift that I hope you choose to leverage and equip her to lead the way creating a positive and super rad (yes, super rad) atmosphere for your staff and the customers. With one customer service experience with her, I choose this Starbucks as my place to invest money in daily, just because I know if she is around good things will probably happen.

I love Starbucks coffee but this location is terrible! Something is always wrong or off with my usual order! Today I ordered a grande latte and I felt it being a bit light so I opened the lid and half the cup was EMPTY!!! I was angry but already drove off and didn’t feel like going back. One other time I ordered a sandwich and when I finally got to open to eat it I was disgusted for it looked like they had sweeper it off the floor and threw all the torn pieces in the bag! Went straight into the bin! Not a happy Starbuckian here! AGHHHHH

They stop putting your name on your order so everyone is grabbing your order and checking to see if its yours. …they are always running out of everything. .the green stoppers is a hit and miss here… i asked why are you guys always running out of stuff the answer was «we don’t have enough storage space»

This one takes too long to even take a order, so ridiculous that I stormed out and decided to cut back all together on Starbucks. So because of this incident I will start to go to Starbucks maybe once a month, just because of this one but take killer Starbucks at Roscoe Boulevard and Balboa

This Starbucks was very rude. It is clear that they close at 11:00 pm. However, they rudely kicked me out at 10:00 pm and said they were closed for 10 minutes already. Kicking people out an HOUR before it closes shouldn’t be acceptable. Don’t go here if you’re trying to utilize their space for productivity (aka studying).

I try to avoid this location since the line is always wrapped around the corner and blocks the gas station pumps and the parking is at times hard to get in and out of. But the service is quick and the baristas are nice and that makes up for all of it.

Love this location. Walking distance from my house. Always clean, neat and stocked. Workers are really friendly, and I’m a waitress so that says something.

Came here on a Thursday early morning and I was help with this short Hispanic chubby girl. I think she was the shift. She was at bar and at the register. At 5:30am I really don’t understand why she was so flustered. Not even a crack of smile on her or a greeting! I had a matcha green tea latte and I had requested to substitute half matcha and half vanilla bean powder. The grumpy girl charge me $ 0.50 for extra vanilla bean powder! I told her it was a substitute, why are you charging me?!? She told me it was something that’s an add on which was not part of the ingredient. She also gave me an example of vanilla bean frap adding caramel sauce, I was like that’s totally different! That’s an add on and mine is substituting! I’m not stupid! And I’m pretty sure you start charging people for 8oz and more. I think I won’t be coming back here in the morning because of her.

Parking is horrible, next to a gas station. The actual store has a few parking spots but it’s right on the entry to the drive thru. Once you park there it’s impossible to get out as the drive thru line is always long, blocking the way out. The other side of the gas station is shared with a jiffy lube type place and there are always parked cars. Don’t bother with his location as you will spend more time trying to find parking. You might ask why not just go in the drive thru? Well because it’s super long and hard to maneuver in a big car. Horrible location

Has to be the single worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Inattentive staff — slow service — dirty restrooms — dirty tables — and the best was the smashed fly on the window next to the table where we were sitting.
There were a total of 4 people in line, the 4 of us, and it took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us! Ordered — drinks & 4 sandwiches and 1 sandwich was completely forgotten, then staff argued that they made it!
I can honestly say this is one Starbucks I will never be back to!

Location sucks! It’s right on the busy corner of Roscoe and Balboa (se corner). It’s also right next to the Mobil gas station and that’s where you enter. The drive-​thru inconveniently is right there in the middle and the parking sucks because it’s like 6ft from the drive thru line so if there’s a line you’re sorta stuck… or really stuck if you get the space next to where you order.
Other than that employees are friendly. Drinks are delicious and they gave me the extra sauce that I wanted.
Also, the drive thru line moved quickly. Not something you can say about the other nearby Starbucks with a drive thru.

Just like any other starbucks drive thru. The drive thru was outta control at 5:30pm on a weekday, can you imagine? It is probably because there aren’t that many starbucks on this side of LA.
Ordered a green tea frap. and it was near perfect. There was an outrageous spelling of my name, however that is to be expected. Anyway, if I ever come back I would like to review my drive thru experience.
