Do not rent a UHaul from here! The guy who works on Sat is awful he get there at 10:52 am when you a reservation and then makes you wait until 11:05 am before he opens all the while telling you «we don’t open until 11 am» making you wait until after 11am then says the computer won’t load up. Correct me if I am wrong but shouldn’t employees be there a few minutes prior to get the computer operational by opening time?! Then he tries to up sell you to buy more insurance even though he already has you way behind schedule when you say you don’t need it and you need to go he starts to lag even more and tell you «oh this is going to take at least 20 min» Who takes 20 min to rent a truck especially when they do this all the time! Clearly he doesn’t like his job and wants everyone else to pay for his misery! DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY! You will be sorry!

Regarding Uhaul rental: unless you value your time at ZERO, don’t rent here. The single attendant has no sense of urgency, and will waste your time. He is slow and continues works on other office business although he has a customer he is supposed to be helping. Want to engage in meaningless chit-​chat about whether the post office is open today? The tendency of newer GM trucks to have their windshields break?
What about waiting 10+ mins for him to jerk around at a storage unit while waiting to return the rental? Well then, by all means, choose this time-​suck hovel!
Rent elsewhere. Anywhere.
The worst Uhaul rental experience I have had in probably 20 experiences… will be my first and only transaction here.

Cheap place, explains the condition of the units. It is also very confusing as the hall doors are the same as the unit doors. Make it easier by painting the hall doors a different color. Also they may be late in opening sometime. Have had to wait over 20 minutes past their «schedule» opening time.
