I highly recommend this place, the staff is very friendly and the results came fast so a very happy costumer here.

From the first phone call to the time I picked up my results, every interaction I had at ArcPoint was positive. The staff was very knowledgable and professional. They explained the process, procedures and timelines. Late on a Friday night I sent an email requesting the test results with the thought they would get the email early Monday morning. To my surprise, not only did I get a response, I was also sent a copy of the report. Although it was not the final report, I did know the results.
On Monday, as soon as the final report was available I was notified. They stayed late so I could come by and pick it up. That type of caring and customer service is hard to find.
I would highly recommend ArcPoint.
