Big 5 Sporting Goods

We had previously been to Walmart and Costco looking for sleds. No luck. Walked into Big 5. Score! Eryka was super sweet and so was the other guy in the store. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come back here. #teameryka

One week two different pair of shoes, had to take both back! Not even a apology manger stood there waiting to enter a code never said a word, very uncomfortable! Sorry big five plenty of other places to get shoes, the one at the mall closed u will be next if u don’t pick it up in the customer service department!

Ran out of inner tubes by Sunday but did let me know that a new shipment was coming Tuesday. Had to wait but got my tube :) Didnt like waiting at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 people took their time showing a new person how to close out for the day. The other person could have helped customers.

Nothing great here. They asked for my ss# for a forest pass. No thanks! I trust the kid behind the counter with that when he has to get help to log in and answer basic questions. They have a bad selection of about everything. All china crap anymore anyway. Get with it big 5

How inconvenient… My magnet on my card went out and I asked if there was anyway to enter it in manually, the little blonde girl behind the counter put paper over my card which I explained wouldn’t work because the magnetic strip was completely out and she placed it on the counter and said «sorry there is nothing we can do for you we can’t enter it in manually» the manager was behind the counter also and he didn’t say anything just gave me a funny look and walked away. Really what kind if store can’t manually enter in a card! Won’t shop here ever again. They were rude and condescending. The brown haired lady who was originally helping me out was very sweet! She should take the blondes job! Never again I’ll stick to dicks sporting goods!

I was here twice in one week. Both experiences were just painful. Friday, my girlfriends and I went in to buy some gloves and snow boots. Nobody helped or even thought to, and the gal at the counter was just snobby.
Came back to return a couple of things and the guy who was at the counter was very sweet, somewhat timid. but I don’t blame him considering his manager was just about one of the rudest people I have ever crossed paths with. My 7 year old daughter tried saying hi and tapped her arm and the lady just glared at her. Unbelievable. And furthermore, she went on questioning me about why we were returning and rolling her eyes at my responses.
