Incompetence. Utter incompetence. Employees do NOT honor appointments, they are hopelessly unorganized (you know, because placing pieces of paper in plastic folders is really very challenging work) and they can’t perform basic arithmetic in their feeble attempt to offer me a discount for their poor customer service. Even pulling out the 1985 Casio calculator, and literally seeing their mistake in digital form, they wouldn’t honor the discount! The manager does not know the first thing about managing a business, so be forewarned about what a potentially giant waste of time this may be for you.

Great experience. They fit me in on a week day. Fix several issues I had been having for months that another mechanic couldn’t resolve. They drove me to work while my car was was being worked on. And gave me a discount.

I had my car towed here after it stalled in traffic at hour 8 of a 10 hour road trip home. By the time the tow truck arrived, Meineke was closing but the woman working the front desk stayed late to get my car checked in. My car presented a tough problem and Mark stayed in contact with me all day about it. Once he found out I was not from Vancouver and was hoping to get home to Seattle versus spend another night in a hotel, he made my car a priority. Mark is honest, hard working and a man of his word. He went above and beyond to find out why my car stalled, gave me options for a fix and even gave me massive deal on paying for the time he spent diagnosing the problem. I have never before had a mechanic ask me to call the shop and leave a voice mail when I got home, just to make sure everything ran smoothly on my drive back to Seattle. I highly recommend this shop.

Check engine light came on I went in to have the computer read what the car was saying. They did it right away and didn’t make me wait at all! Very fast and polite! They told me what they think it is and told me to keep and eye on it if the light comes back on and proceed further if necessary. They weren’t pushy about getting me to do a diagnostics test which costs money which is nice. Overall I would recommend this place for its great service!

Overpriced and unprofessional, I am in the middle of getting my oil leak fixed and I’m going to have to find somewhere else to go before these jokers drain my bank account with «labor and diagnostics». Nothing has been done on my car and I’m already charged $ 110. Pretty rediculous in my opinion. Wouldn’t recommend these con-​men to anyone. Lastly, after writing my review I received a long, rude voicemail from a Mieneke supervisor about my review. If that’s not unprofessional, I don’t know what is.

I got a Groupon coupon a few years ago for Meineke and after being very satisfied with their service decided to use them for future oil changes. They are running a special so made an appointment online for today. I was given a friendly greeting from when I entered and was told about a future rewards program and a special on oil changes. I was again satisfied with their service and with the attention from the manager, Mark. I will be using this location for oil changes in the future. Only one criticism was that the waiting room was frigid and I left with no feeling in my toes.

As usual, the service provided by this Meineke was outstanding. I’ve had a million issues with my LandRover that was under an extended warranty where I was required to take it to a specific shop. They could never fix it right and in fact, missed a very hazardous issue that Meineke was able to catch (fuel leaking on the exhaust manifold). If I’ve ever had any issue here, it has been resolved without question, always. There was a period of time where one of the managers wasn’t too pleasant and I see a lot of negative reviews during that time. I can tell you he didn’t last there long and the manager that they have now, Mark, is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
I highly recommend you try Meineke if you haven’t before and if you were dissatisfied with the service before, give them another chance and always remember it is your right to let them know if you had a bad experience. They truly will make good on it!

Went in today because of an oil smell. I drive a Mercedes, so I was expecting the bill to be outlandish. Mark and his team looked at my car and showed me the problem. To my surprise, the cost was very reasonable to fix. Mark reassured me that it wasn’t a safety concern. This is NOT a high pressure shop, which I’m very grateful for. Most places are, being as I’m a woman and drive a Mercedes-​Benz. I will definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you!

Brought my car in today to get a burnt-​out headlight changed. I’d tried it myself and mangled my hands on a fusebox, so I knew I needed help! They checked it out on my lunch break and let me know they’d need more time and to bring it back after I got off work… no kidding, the front bumper had to be taken apart to get at the lights.
Overall a good experience, glad to have this fixed with a minimal amount of fuss!

I’ve been here twice and i always receive the best customer service! the oil changes are always affordable and there’s always a promotion going on to make the pricing even more cheaper. Both Time the front desk employee has always been more than helpful. Overall I like getting my car maintained here

The NEW MANAGER is mean-​spirited. Everyone in the family used to get oil changes and tune ups here. My mother in law brought her own oil simply because the cars she have would not take anything but amsoil. The new manager declined the oil change and simply said «We don’t do that no more.» So you would either have to get an oil change using their bulk oil (which is not very good) or take a hike.
She just went to Autumn’s and got it done WITHOUT an appointment.

We have been going to them for several years. This year we have had nothing but problems. Poor customer service and bad attitudes. Then we had appt today for oil change… and we get told that it Will be 2 – 3 hours… excuse me? That is basically telling me that our business means nothing to them. Sick of their lameness. What’s the point of having an appt If u can’t get to the customer when their appt is??? Last straw… they have lost our business

Took my car in for an oil change. Service was fine but when I got home I checked my oil and there was to much oil. So I called them and said you guys put to much oil in and he rudely said that wasn’t possible and told me to bring it back. I did and it was about a quart of oil to much.
Long story short if you go there check your oil after.

I called the business prior to my arrival to see if they can do an oil change. The gentleman on the phone said that he’s pretty booked but he can get me in after noon. I show up at around 1 pm and he says that he can’t get me in because they’ve become very busy. I understood that so I asked if I can set an appointment. He indicated that they do not take appointments. However, on the Unilocal app, it gives you the option to set up an appointment. I drove 15 minutes to get here only to be told that I could not have my vehicle serviced and that I could not make an appointment. I recommend that they remove that option on their site.

Booked an appointment for an oil change with their android app on my phone… The regular webpage for my PC had some issues with their website…
The customer service was great. Better price than the car dealer and a list of issues that needed attention was provided with reasonable pricing for future repairs.
I will surely be returning for services to this location for my car.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and very knowledgable. We will be taking all our business here now. Very reasonably priced and much cheaper than other quotes. Car was fixed and we are very satisfied! Highly recommended!

Like any person needing work done on your vehicle you are faced with the uncertainty of the integrity of the people that you will be taking it to if you don’t do the work yourself. I must admit that I have finally found a place that has left me astonished!!! Jason and the staff at this location were not interested at all in up selling me every possible option for my 70 000 mile vehicle service instead they looked at everything and only charged me for what was needed and that was just the oil change. This is a place that is interested in keeping you as a customer and I am one customer that will be bringing all of my vehicles back to this location in the future!

Bought an old truck from a friend (1970 Chevy C20) and it was a ¾ ton. It needed brake work done in a bad way. The pedal would go almost all the way to the floor. While I could have done the work myself, my wife and I decided to call around and see what it would cost to have it done. The average price was $ 400.00 for rear brakes estimate. We settled on Meineke and took it there.
Jason met me outside and we talked about what needed to be done. After a day, Jason called me and told me everything that needed to be done, which would be over $ 700.00. But this included front brake work as well. After explaining our financial situation, we decided to only do the rear brakes as they were the worst, which brought the price down to just over $ 500.00.
Another day goes by and I don’t hear anything about the truck, so I call to see what’s up and Jason was just on the phone to call me to let me know the brakes were done, but the master cylinder gave out while on the test drive. My wife and I decided to just wait as the repairs were becoming more than we had originally bargained or budgeted for, so we told Jason we would be in the next day.
The next day, I came to get the truck and met Jason outside the shop. After looking around I noticed that my truck was no where to be found. When I inquired about this to Jason, he informed me that it was an early Christmas present to me and they installed a remanufactured master cylinder in the truck at no charge to me. I was so happy as this was going to be my only means of transportation to get to and from work for the next couple of months until we could afford to replace the car that had just broke down on me days before. Not only that, but the final bill was just over $ 400 not the $ 500 I had expected.
I have now been driving the truck for a few days since the repairs were done and I can say that these guys do a fantastic job and deserve our business. Thanks to everyone at Meineke, especially Jason for making this a wonderful Christmas!

Visited Meineke and brought in two cars for brake service. Not only were they very friendly and efficient, but they explained what they had to do and did everything in a timely manner. I visited a few other shops for what I needed and Meinicke offered the best price. They have toys for children to play with in the waiting room which I thought was brilliant! Rick is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy! I would go back for any of my automotive needs!
