Been disappointed the last 3 times, this was the last, went early Friday, no one there, pizza to go, got home, it was half cooked, raw dough inside.

Just discovered this diamond of a restaurant in my neighborhood recently and can’t get enough! Fresh and chewy dough, crispy thin sliced veggies… Truly gourmet pizza. And I don’t even have to drive to Portland! Definitely our new family favorite.

Never too busy when we are there, the service is good and the bike environment is fun. Pizza is good but I would not recommend any other sauce besides the red sauce with the pizza. The salad is really plain, and the apps are kinds of pricey. The next time we just ordered pizza and drinks and we didnt break the bank.

Ordered over the phone, guy had to repeat everything I said — twice. Hubby went to pick it up, lots of confusion in finding the pizza and cheese bread sticks. Pizza had very, and I mean very little garlic ranch sauce, did not appear to have the extra cheese. The bread sticks were practically raw in the center, and about ¾ of an inch high. Way to thick for us, not mention the very small amount of cheese. Son took back the break sticks as they were inedible. The guy argued with him about the doneness, said they were done, but would make new ones. Son checked them before leaving. And guess what? They were way undercooked as well. Again he argued that they were done. Son is a baker, does know when things are done or not. Finally got them. Still little cheese on them. This place used to be really good a few years ago, sadly they have lost something. We won’t be back. So long old friend.

Yummy pizza! Pizza was fresh, quick and good. Cold beer too! Atmosphere is fun with bikes and bike gear on the ceiling. Highly recommend.

Great family pizza place. Beers on tap, games and tv room for small children. Nice friendly atmosphere. Located in Hazel Dell very close to the freeway on 99th Street.

Typically this is one of my favorite pizza joints because the flavor is on point! But lunch today was completely underwhelming. Oh well. I have had too many good experiences here to discount this one. The crust is thick(I do prefer thin, but as far as thick crust pizzas go, at least it is not chewy like Blind Onion pizza can be) and the sauce flavorful. There are also a number of beers on tap(rotating handles) and you can bring a growler to fill(anywhere from 32−128oz). A few favorites of ours are the Grupo(a meat pizza) and the Squadra(chicken and Thai chili sauce — YUM!) and the BBQ chicken nachos(which we have attempted to make at home with a little success). Come eat here on game days and you’ll be able to watch the game on a semi-large flat screen TV(55? 60″?) in the corner of the dining room. The place can be busy, but never too crowded for an enjoyable experience. There is even a little play«cubby» for the kids. The downside is that this place closes at 8 most days, which doesn’t work well for games that start at 5:30pm. So come for the lunch specials, the beer, the pizza, and the sports, but know you might need to head home a bit early :)

Delicious. Yummy food. When I am close by I always go to. The décor is very kitschy. Love it. Delicious and very friendly

I love this place and the garlic ranch is the best sauce ever! I am not a fan of red sauce and its hard to find places with other options that taste good. The garlic ranch goes with every pizza combination I’ve tried so far there!

The place isn’t a typical restaurant place(sit down) so we weren’t sure how to order or where to sit at first. The pizza is made fresh so it can take a little time for them to make and bake it, but it’s well worth it. I was a little wary of this place at first(per the recent reviews). They are wrong. This pizza is amazing! I found the dough to be delicious and the toppings heavy and fresh. Perfect pizza! I only gave it four stars since I wish they had more menus(only 3 actual hard copies) and no signage saying open seating. The pizza makes up for the confusion though. Once you find a seat and a menu, It is very good. I will definitely be back.

The food is great here but the wait staff suck. They have bad attitudes; they shoved us out the door at closing time, we had to demand the pizzas we ordered to go before we left, Never going back!

My friends were going on a road trip and we stopped in Vancouver for the night. We decided to go to Bortolami’s Pizza for dinner. The restaurant has a bicycle-themed setup. There are lots of things hanging on the wall and the ceilings. I thought it was pretty cool. There is a big TV that is visible from pretty much any table. The menu is huge! There were so many pizzas to pick from. The names are all fun try to pronounce. We ended up ordering four different pizzas. We got the Primavera, the Madonna, the Pink Jersey, the Gregorio, and the cheesy bread. The food came pretty quickly, and it looked and smelled so good. The toppings were evenly distributed and they were generous with them too. The way the cheese stretched when I took a slice out was enough to make my mouth drool. The first bite for each pizza was heavenly. I guarantee you Bortolami’s pizza is what they serve in Heaven. My personal favorite was the Primavera, followed closely by the Madonna. The cheesy sticks were also supreme, with generous amount of cheese and seasoning. There was a baby that was crying at a different table, but he was crying tears of joy. I can guarantee you that it was from taking his first bite of Bortolami’s pizza. Please do yourself a favor and try Bortolami’s if you’re ever in Vancouver.

This place was pretty darn good. We randomly decided to stop in because 1. we were hungry(duh!) and 2. needed to kill some time before an appt. out in Vancouver and 3. It was a stone throw to our appt The décor was casual and completely head to toe bicycle themed! I mean there were tons of bikes(old and new) and bicycle jerseys hanging from the ceilings… i did think it was a tad overboard, but i guess if i was more into pro bicycle riders I might dig it more. Oh but the red pepper flakes– those were in a plastic sports water bottles(whixhw I thought was pretty clever). Not sure if we will go too far outta our way to go back since we are in Beaverton, but if we are in the area again we will likely head in.

Me and the kid went for a pizza and a pint. Was OK pizza. Like really good Papa Murphy’s. Nothing spectacular. I hear some of the other items are really good but I like my gluten. Did care for the décor. The thought of a bunch of dudes in tight shorts riding bikes isn’t what I want to think about while eating

It is possible to have too much pizza toppings and that’s what we got on our lukewarm Bortolami’s pizza. I promise you the pizza weighed around 20 pounds and with my weakling arms I couldn’t even lift the leftover box with one hand! Some of you may like that for a pizza, but I like to actually taste the crust. There needs to be a perfect harmony of crust, sauce and toppings. This pizza did not have it. Underneath the overkill of toppings I was hoping for a tasty crust but never found the tastiness. I turned to the cheese breadsticks in hopes of a good pizza dough, but even those were lacking flavor. Sadly, even the ranch dipping sauce was disappointing. My poor little pizza-loving heart was broken that night.

As far as we’ve found, this place has the best gluten free pizza around. Not just in Vancouver, but also Portland. Usually GF pies are tiny and overpriced, and are made so poorly they fall apart anyway. Not at Bortolami’s! It’s delicious and filling. We even had leftovers. We’ve tried a few different kinds and had no complaints. The specialty salads are also a good portion and delectable. To put it simply, you can’t go wrong here, no matter what you order.

Awesome pizza spot. Super good pizza in Vancouver can be hard to find. Well, super good restaurants in Vancouver are few and far between compared to Portland. this place does it right. Basically any pizza that you choose you can’t go wrong. If you are in the neighborhood you must check this place out! If you are not in the neighborhood, make your way over here!

The pizza here was pretty good. We ordered a large and it came to about $ 20. They have a great selection of local beers on tap which for us is their biggest selling point. There wasn’t another soul in site the entire time we were there. I guess they do a lot of to-go orders. The place is packed to the brim with bicycle memorabilia. I’m not quite sure I get it. I guess the owners really like bikes. It would be cool if they delivered pizzas on bikes, but considering the span of the area I can see why they don’t :) Since it was our first time we ordered their regular crust, but after trying that we are really interested in trying their thin crust.

Fast Casual type restaurant. I wanted to come here a couple of times before I actually reviewed this place. The first couple of time I came I didn’t even have their pizza… I know I know, but they have pizza in their name, but what can I say? I wasn’t really in the mood for pizza on those occasions. I really did like their Italian Sandwich though. It was really good. Their pull apart bread was ok. It wasn’t bad… it just wasn’t great. On my most recent visit though I did decide to try their pizza in the form of a small Cima Coppa: which is basically their fancy name for a Teriyaki Pizza. Yeah I decided to be a little adventurous which wasn’t the best idea so to speak. This pie comes with Teriyaki chicken, Garlic Ranch Sauce, and then topped with a drizzled Teriyaki Glaze. i didn’t really taste the Garlic Ranch Sauce and the amount of Teriyaki Glaze was a bit overwhelming, but I’m still confident that most of their other pies are really good. This one still had large and plentiful chunks of Teriyaki Chicken and lot of ooey gooey stringy cheese, but still proved to be a bit much. I’m looking forward to making my way around their menu. There is lots of seating in the form of regular tables and booth type seating. Décor is heavy into the professional cycling type. They have a TV that plays sports and the place is clean with a vibrant palate. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They offer beer in the form of glasses and/or pitcher form. They offer«Take and Bake» style pizzas as well. There is no delivery, but definitely take out. At lunch time they do offer some pizza by the slice. There is plenty of parking in their dedicated lot.
