I love my chair! I came into Cascade Furniture knowing I wanted a swivel chair. I was greeted by Karen asking if she could help. She showed me several styles and while we were walking around, she asked about my other furniture, what it looked like, colors, etc. She asked about the color of my walls, even size of my husband as he would also be sitting in the chair. She suggested some chairs and fabrics with all of this in mind. I loved her suggestions, ordered the chair and it is PERFECT for us and our living room. Thank you Karen!

We had some issues with our curio cabinet. They called to make sure we were satisfied before I even had a chance to call them. Once they heard about the problem with the pegs being stuck, the owner called and retrieved the detailed info. Once they got the parts in, someone came out and fixed things up nice. This is a company that supports their customers.

I had the worst experience with these people. First of all, I loved the first couch I saw. It was kind of ruined by the fact that they are smoking weed in the back and it is traveling through the vents with an opening right about the couch. I found another one I liked upstairs and waited 45 minutes for someone to help me. One of the sales ladies had«tagged» me as her client, but was helping someone else, so I got stranded. I was all set to purchase the couch and after picking out the fabric I grabbed another salesperson. She priced it all out to $ 200 dollars more than the ticket price and what the other person had told me, saying I picked a premium fabric and the other person is new and didn’t know better. I got fed up and walked out right then. After about one minute of searching on the internet I found the exact same couch with my «premium fabric» for cheaper than the original sale price at another location. I will never return to this store.

HORRIBLE! My experience at Cascade Furniture has to be the worst experience I’ve had as a consumer in several years. When our order finally arrived, the table was not only a different design, but the wrong color and didn’t match any of the other pieces we purchased. It was clear that a completely different table had been ordered than we had requested, but the staff insisted we were incorrect and that«every piece is made by hand and therefore different.» Come on, the chairs were dark mahogany and the table was a light oak color! When we insisted that we did not want to take home the wrong table, we were told that they would order us a new one that would take another 4+ weeks to arrive, still be charged a delivery fee, and somehow cost us $ 300 more!(Per the review from the user below, it looks like most purchases are magically jacked up by that amount at Cascade Furniture). Ultimately we decided to cancel the order all together and we will NEVER go back to this store.

I am pleased with my experience here for the most part — they have a huge store with a great selection of furniture(I came here to purchase a bedframe), and Rich was a very friendly salesman. I also saw people come in and just say they wanted to browse and they were politely left to browse on their own. It was a very comfortable environment and they were honest and up-front with their prices. I left after my initial visit with info and photos of quite a few beds that I liked. Unfortunately, when I came back to actually purchase the bedframe that I chose, I was greeted by a different staff member. She was not friendly at all(she seemed stoned), and the first thing she asked was what price Rich had quoted me, then tried to raise the price by $ 300! I was shocked and almost turned to leave the store, until another salesman stepped in and corrected her. I ended up getting the bed that I wanted, and paying exactly what I was quoted at the first visit. It did take a little longer to get here than they said(5 – 6 weeks instead of 4), since they had to ship it from another state. I would have appreciated a call during that period to let me know my order was still in-transit. As it was, I had to call them to get them to check on it. I used the delivery/assembly service that they recommended, and found them to be polite, punctual, and professional. In the end, I ended up with the bed I wanted and for the price that I expected. I would do business here again.
