Chipotle Mexican Grill

Employees are not afraid to let you know you are a burden. Employees have a bad attitude. As a previous Unilocaler wrote, music is a little loud and employees are hard to hear. Nonetheless, my food was good and as with other Chipotle locations, always greatly portioned. Great location too.

I have gone here for dinner a few times in the past few months. When I go around dinner time, the line has been very long. It ends up being about a 20 – 30 minute wait to order.
I’ve noticed that the music is way too loud. When the music is too loud it is hard for me to hear what the employees are trying to ask me which slows the line down even more.
The staff never seems too friendly. Chipotle should require customer service classes for their employees.
When I do finally get my food, it all seems very fresh.

I go to this location frequently, and I love it. Every time I come, I feel as if I am part of the family. The whole staff really makes me feel at home. The food is delicious. If I ever need anything, the staff is more than accommodating. I love everything and everyone here!

Chipotle has awesome food. It is delicious and fresh. However, their service at this location is less than stellar. Chipotle has a handy app to place an order so it will be ready for pickup when you arrive. I’ve used it a few times and it has been a breeze. But not tonight, I arrived about 5 minutes after the listed pickup time. Order was not ready, not even started. They claimed some problem with the app and the message seemed to be we needed to get in line and start over. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Tastes terrible now and the employees suck. Most chipotles are like this now anyway. The only good one in the pdx area is the one at cascade station. Probably won’t eat at this location ever again.

Love that chipotle cares about our health and does not use GMO meet and ingredients. I am willing to wait in line for good food! Love this place.

This specific location gets 3 stars — but I have experienced better.
Love the «choose what you want» way of dining. I don’t usually go for Mexican straight off the bat, but it sounded good last night so went.
First impressions: Entered scene at 12:37pm Saturday afternoon. It was very loud and the dining area did not have an inviting feel — Ambiance gets a 1 star.
IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY — don’t even risk it. I waited in a 26 person line for about 35 minutes.
Prices: Reasonable. Choices are listed clearly on the menu board. Also the calories are listed on the menu (thanks for allowing me to see how many calories I can consume in 15 min).
Choices: Americans want choices! And Chipotle gives them to you. Bowl? Salad? Burrito? They have them all.
Staff: This is why you get a 3 star. First guy on the line — the bowl, burrito salad guy, was the ONLY one who smiled. I even heard a «omg when is this rush going to end» comment from the bean girl. NOT OK. Management, a pep talk is needed for your folks. I don’t want a sad/​annoyed bean girl.

Took twenty five minutes to get through the line and pay for our food. I hope you aren’t in a hurry…

I used to Work at a really awesome chipotle. So unfortunately I know how chipotle should be. The customer service was horrible! The manager overcharged me on my app order and didn’t care. The rice is always soggy. It’s never clean and the assembly line does not care about their job.

I’ve been a fan of chipotle for a long time, but never have I enjoyed eating there quite as much as I have when I’ve stopped by the location on 164^th Avenue in Vancouver, WA.
Every time I open the doors, the end of the line is right there to greet me. But make no mistake, this location is crowded for a reason. This Chipotle is clearly well-​known throughout town for having fast and efficient service. To this day I’ve never waited in line more than five minutes to get my order made and paid for. The orders I’ve called in over the phone have never been wrong, either. This restaurant’s staff is one that takes time and effort with each customer, yet still manages to get shit done. After coming here so often I feel I can safely say that they’re also the best bunch of people at any of the Chipotle restaurants I’ve ever been to. Everyone is always kind and bubbly and willing to help, especially the members of management.
It’s a chipotle so if you’ve been there before you know to expect some great healthy Mexican-​style food for a reasonable price. This location is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is still good. Don’t bother going to any other chipotle location if you can help it. This is the best one.

I walked back in and waited politely when a young man (quite loudly) asked could he help and I responded, um, this is partly cold. can I…
«Oh. um… no… we can’t take that back!» He actually looked at me as if I’d violated the burrito! LOL… I stood there rather dumbly for a couple seconds though the line was all waiting for me to dismiss myself so I meekly wandered off realizing I’d paid well for a cold burrito! LOL…
In any case, I ate the warm end and won’t go there again.
Will find recipe for the Sofritas and make it myself, warmly…

Tried Chipotle yet again since this is the only one in Clark County. I asked for Guacamole twice on the side. The idiots who work here are truly stupid. No Guacamole on the side and none inside. Imbeciles.

Every time I’ve between here it’s been packed. Staff continue to maintain a great positive attitude and smile. Good always consistent and good

My girlfriend and I go here ALOT!
Pros: Very friendly staff, do a great job at preparing the food. Very generous on the food portions. Kyle is a great employee!
Cons: Every time we come in during a busy time, seems that the line moves at a very slow pace. I’m comparing it to the downtown Chipotle, so I know this location can find a way to get people in and out quicker during busy times.

Wow, consistently the worst Chipotle ever. Three strikes, you are out, i shall not be revisiting this location again. I thought it could be a fluke, because part of the reason everyone loves Chipotle is the consistency-​factor you are supposed to be able to count on. I waited until now to write my review, but that’s it, i’m done.
To keep it short, three different days, three different size groups, three different meal times. Always busy, always slow, always a long wait, always sloppy assembly, always too salty on the tofu and peppers, always bland-​not-​enough-​lime guacamole, always a filthy dining room, and only one bathroom because the other is out of order.
A lot of families seem to frequent this joint, including my in-​laws. If I end up back here because, for no reason other than my nephews like Chipotle in general, they can eat, but I won’t.

Is my first time here so I wasn’t sure how to order. The lady that serve me seem no patient and unfriendly .
I also order a kids cheese quesadilla. After I pay and check out the cashier kindly inform me it would be couple minute for the quesadilla .
Couple minute later, I see the gentleman hand her the quesadilla put right infront of her counter, the cashier look at her and she just realized that’s for me. As I walk up hand her my Togo bag she just THROW the cheese quesadilla in .
I can see there’s no team work and she is frustrated … But how can she hand customer food like that?
I’m surprised n speechless. I don’t think i will be back. Will rather go to Baja now on

Just as others have said, this location is extremely slow, ESPECIALLY for a Chipotle. Seeing three or four people standing around doing nothing with a huge line is pretty frustrating. Or employees will wander away from their stations for awhile at any given time and no one takes over.
I love Chipotle, I love the business model, I come here when I have a craving but I’d be here much more often if they could get things together.

We ate here at 6pm on a Friday evening. This was my visit to a Chipotle so I wasn’t sure what to expect. First impressions: it was very loud and the dining area did not have an inviting feel to it at all. It was quite busy so we stood in the long line to order our food. Prices are very reasonable and I like how the choices are listed clearly on the menu board. The people that prepared our food were very friendly and our food was prepared as we we requested. The calories are listed on the menu so you know exactly what you are getting yourself into. My burrito was huge! No way I could finish that bad boy! Food tasted good, big portions and fair prices.
Besides the noise in the place, other very negative was that nothing was clean. They were busy, but none of the tables inside or out were clean. The garbage cans were overflowing in the outdoor seating area and the bathroom garbage was overflowing and garbage on the floor.
I would try it again when in the mood for cheap and filling dinner though.

This has always been one of my favorite chain type restaurants. Every time I’ve been here the staff has always been pleasant and friendly. Food is always good. And portion size, they have always giving me way more than I can eat. I get 2 — 3 meals out of their burritos or bowls every time.
I love the outdoor dining area. So relaxing and great place to catch up with friends. The inside is a little bit dirty sometimes, but whenever I go there’s always a huge line, that you never seem to wait too long in.
Prices are good, food is good, their chips are AMAZING, and the staff is friendly.
