Exercise has never been fun for me, until now. I turned 50 this year and knew I needed to find something to keep me moving during the winter months when I wasn’t out working in the garden. I have been taking classes with Jenn and Tanya for several months and I love it! I look forward to each class with joy and want to share that feeling with everyone I know.
The two instructors, Jenn and Tanya, set this class apart from the others. They mix things up and keep things interesting.
Do something wonderful for yourself and give this a try. It is good for the mind, body and soul!

I tried Zumba once and walked out of the class… I couldn’t keep up and was very unimpressed with the «shake what your momma gave you» mentality.
I have been searching for some new types of fitness classes though and decided to give Zumba one more try. Wow! These ladies are amazing!
The class is fun-​filled, super easy to follow and you can shake it if you want… or not. Have two instructors is great because they each have their own style and you can follow one or both. I’m addicted now.

I Love Zumba! These hip chicks do an excellent job of delivering a breath-​taking work-​out while making it light and fun. Salsa influenced dance aerobic partying… seriously.
No worries about knowing the steps in advance. Everyone moves and learns at their own pace. It’s all about healthy fun!
