We came in with a party 9 people, One of the guys with us ordered a international omelette, Everybody got their food but«Kevin». Everyone finished there meal before the waitress came back to the table to let«Kevin» know that the cook made a mistake on his omelette so she asked«Kevin » to sign the receipt for that FOOD«Kevin» did not get. The waitress should of comp or made«Kevin» a new breakfast. «Kevin» Then said I am hungry the waitress who’s name started with a c stood there then«Kevin» said I would of liked my breakfast the first time. But eggs and Frank’s are good so the waitress brought out three different plates with small portions of everything this is what set us to give you guys the Unilocal review. Other problems… The coffee was cold I had to ask for hot also had to get out of my chair to get a coffee cup and My girlfriend order was missing stuff. Please solve the problem The new cook in the back needs to learn the menu items. The waitress needs better customer service thanks.

Typical chain reataurant. The food was decent and priced fairly. The service was reasonably fast and the service was friendly.

It was my first time at IHOP and I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon. My mom ordered the steak. The steak was wayyy too sweet. She couldn’t eat anything. For $ 12 it was a complete waste. The customer service was awful. They were to busy talking in the kitchen to realized the customers were waiting to order.

After our server took our order, it took about 40 minutes for the food to come out. It didn’t seem too busy. Other customers waited quite a while to be served as well. The food came out and looked great except for my hardened bacon. Asked for 2 pieces of French toast and waited 10 minutes for that. The only thing that was fast was taking care of our bill.

Decided to go out to brunch today, and since I’d visited this restaurant before on a Sunday afternoon I didn’t think anything of it when it was a little busy and the service was slower than normal. I also didn’t pay much attention to the fact my water smelled a little funny– however when I got hives less than 5 minutes after taking a few sips it was a different story. I believe there may have been some bleach or cleaner residue on the plastic cup still that got into the water, but that remains a mystery. The waiter was extremely apologetic, but it still makes me way of drinking out of their glasses again. Never the less, it was still a fine experience for what we paid for.

What do you expect from a pancake house? We had an excellent waitress, and delicious food for a great price. I have no complaints and would go back.

food was good last time I came, but this time it was a bit on the nasty side. also, they’ve left off the cranberry sauce both times I ordered the turkey dinner. By the way, don’t order the turkey anymore – it’s been in the fridge for way too long. This time the turkey came as a just a few little giblets on top of this nasty-looking pile of goo that was probably stuffing at some point in history. I’ll be back; just for breakfast items though.

Over all I like IHOP but this place ruined it for me. Both times that I went here both times it sucked… Service is terrible are appetizers came out with the food and the food was cold. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Wanted to meet up with friends and IHop has sentimental reasons for a meet up. The staff was great. Very attentive and friendly. The food however… ugh! I had the split decision and was very disappointed. There was no flavor whatsoever — EVERYTHING tasted the same, bland(except the bacon and sausage of course). No flavor to the french toast — and the syrups? Well, they have no flavor — seems like just corn syrup with a little bit of artificial flavor. The maple syrup was as bad as the blueberry. The pancakes were flavorless also and the eggs, well I know I need to add salt, but ever the salt didn’t help — how can you screw up eggs? I won’t be back, that’s for sure

Been to this Ihop two times and both times have been horrible service. the waiters have been pushy to get us to order. I asked for the waiter and she went to every other table before coming over to our table. I get the feeling that this place is very negative towards younger adults. I have also gotten attitude from both waiters.

Horrible! Terrible service, burnt food! Waited forever to get food and drinks! Will never come here again! There was not even that many people there! I’d give a negative star but that’s not an option!

Sometimes they get it right… We went in for breakfast mid-Saturday morning. As expected, the restaurant was rather full; yet, the food was promptly served, and piping hot. I paid in cash, including coins. For the first time in a number of visits to this particular restaurant, the change offered was spot on — no shortages of from a few pennies to as much as a quarter. The waiter was rewarded with a fairly generous tip…

I have to say that this ihop has the worst service. The place wasn’t even busy and it took the waitress 30minutes to take our order from the time we got in and sat down. We hardly got checked on… I had to keep getting up to tell the waitress we needed napkins or a refill on drinks. I will never come back here again. Not to mention the inside of the place does not look clean at all. Very, very poor service and unprofessional staff.

Normally I like going to IHOP and have been coming to this location for years. The place is always packed in the late morning so going in early is worth it for not having the feeling your being rushed out for the next group of customers to sit down. The food is pretty good there, however sometimes my pancakes have come out a bit under done and tasteless. Over all its a pretty good place for coffee and to get your day up and running.

My biggest problem with this Ihop: 55 minutes from when we walked in the door until our food was on the table. 55 minutes! It wasn’t exceptionally busy, but I noticed other customers waiting a very long time as well. As the man next to us got up to leave he said to me, «Good luck.» The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. However, I don’t expect to wait nearly an hour for my food, especially when we are seated as soon as we walk in the door. Also, the mashed potatoes are instant. School cafeteria style! Not acceptable. Guess I should stick to breakfast items over there. That is, if I planned on returning. Which I don’t.

We went around 1:00pm on a Saturday and it was surprisingly empty. The food was great and the service was over the top! Friendly servers. The only issue I had was the wait time was a little long but well worth it for the delicious food!

Our most recent visit to Ihop was a good that is why they are receiving a three star instead of a star or two. The waitress was polite and rendered good service especially with the little one around. Most of all, the pancake during this visit was good and fluffy unlike other visits, Ihop pancakes at this particular location tend to be soupy in the middle.(*at least the one we have gotten*) On the down side, I would prefer if Ihop actually serve English bacon(its got more meat instead of fat and good) in replace to their rubbery bacon that we have been served. Since consumer wait a while for their food, it would be super nice to receive it hot and not room temperature. Recommendation… IHop should think of serving their consumers better taste coffee if they are being charge $ 2.19… Try Don Francisco’s Hawaiian Hazelnut and Vanilla Nut because they are worth every penny. It will bring more coffee lovers to the restaurant.

I am not going to get into details about the food or the service because everybody knows I-HOP and every I-HOP is pretty much the same. However, this one is located next to a nursing home so the clientele is therefore naturally skewed. Not that there is anything wrong with that. The one horrible, terrible, no good thing is that the only option for your coffee is half&half. No vegan or lactose free options. So if you or your child is lactose intolerant, bring your own soy milk or almond milk or rice milk or… so many options in these days, so you would think that this place would get on board. I still consider I-HOP to be convenient and inexpensive place to get breakfast 24⁄7. But really, guys, check your calendar.
