The worst place have mold on my bread, ewwww never coming here again. The lady was super slow and mean. Never COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

Went through the drive thru, needless to say awesome customer service! I will definitely be a loyal customer here.

They were a little slow, but we’re apologetic and compensated with a free milk shake.

America is going to hell in a hand basket, first Obama is elected (and re-​elected wtf), and now this. I pull up to the drive-​thru on a warm Wednesday night and specifically ask for an Oreo shake with a cherry on top, emphasis on the cherry on top. Next thing I know the lady is handing me an Oreo shake with, you guessed it, no cherry on top. I figured, okay, I’ll give this woman the benefit of the doubt. I know how hard it can be to fulfill the request of a costumer especially when said request is how the item is pictured on the menu (false advertisement). I guess it’s more difficult than I figured though. Also, a little more milk and less ice cream would be fantastic, attempting to drink the «shake» was like sticking a straw into a pint of ice cream and trying to drink it. It wouldn’t budge. I added a picture so you could see the catastrophe I undoubtably should not of paid for. Good burger tho

The woman behind the counter had very good customer service. There was a problem with my food, but she replaced it with a smile and super sized it. Service was quick. Thank you Desiree for the good service. I appreciate it.

I have been here 3 times in the past 2 – 3 months around 1245 am since Carl’s jr been making there own hours whenever they feel like serving food anyways food is good during the day but has been horrible at night just awful today was the last straw I decided to give them one last chance since no where else was open I ordered 2 fries 2 sodas and 2 burgers for me and the wife I get home starving from a long days work 20 min or so away and get 2 fries 2 diet sodas and 1 burger where did we go wrong here wtf called twice no answer decided to take there phone survey called back finally got an answer and they said tomorrow they would relinquish custody of my burger doesn’t help when your starving tonight… Where’s my hot chicharones and beer dammit

Worst Jack in the Box in all of Vancouver. The restaurant has a very burnt smell to the food and there is never anyone at the counter to take your order. It’s like they don’t care about the inside part of the restaurant and only care about the drive threw. Also their floors are very slippery and they don’t put out enough mats to walk upon. I felt like I was walking on ice the whole time.
