Their«freaky fast» is in the 10 — 12 minute range, lately. We’re about 1+(ish) mile from the mall. Thx for speeding it up, dude(ettes)!! ETA: 1.2 miles per google maps.

Absolutely ridiculous. I live LESSTHANONEMILEAWAY and I «live too far away for delivery». The sad part is, I’ve seen their delivery cars here about 15 times in the last 18 months. You’ve forever lost a customer and I will dissuade anyone who will listen from ordering from your lazy store. Bye. PS not even ten minuets after I was refused delivery(then subsequently wrote this review) I saw a Jimmy John’s delivery vehicle in the parking lot. I’m. Not. Even. Kidding.

Sad panda… we moved just across Andersen(2 miles from previous home, 1.8 miles from them) and JJ no longer delivers my radius. Seriously? Too bad, we gave them a lot of business… its not worth having to fight the mall to pick up either so no more JJ for us! :(

Not the most professional service I have received at Jimmy Johns. Usually an extremely good place, but the new order taker, clay, was absolutely standoffish and did not ask me if I wanted anything besides chips and a drink. I was not even aware of the other options until the lady making my sandwich had asked, and clay very quickly shouted across the room to answer for me stating that I hadn’t paid for it. Towards the end of my transaction, he started to realize he had not done his job properly and straightened up his attitude, but I was overall unsatisfied with today’s service. Associates do not need to be running their mouths talking about whether they like or dislike rap music, what culture they appreciate and don’t appreciate, it does not reflect a good business practice.

As solid as any good Jimmy John’s location; not sure why there’s poor scoring on former reviews. A go-to sandwich shop for the area. Keep up the good work, guys!

Seriously? When they say they deliver, I’m guessing to them that doesn’t mean what most people would reasonably assume, i. e within a three-five mile radius. I live less than a mile away, one exit down, and these guys say they can’t deliver like it’s an insurmountable distance. Do they only deliver to right next door or what? I’ve gotten delivery from a pizza place and a Chinese place who are in the SAMEEXACT location as this Jimmy John’s and their delivery guys managed to make it down the freeway for one whole exit, so I’m not sure what JJ’s issue is, but I wouldn’t waste my money on a ‘delivery’ place that can’t deliver.

Absolutely love these guys and gals! My co-workers and I order food regularly from this store and they are always quick and the sandwiches are always exactly as we ordered and expected. I usually get the«Gargantuan» and it never disapoints me. Great service, fair prices and way faster than you can get anywhere else!!!

Really? If I was a kid I’d act up once we walked in this place. Even kids would recognize a mediocre(Michael Crabtree) sammich such as this. We almost turned around when we walked up to the joint and there wasn’t one customer. Should have taken this as a sign and turned back while we still could. My girlfriend and I were both disappointed after paying gourmet prices for an attempt at fast food. We may have had a slightly different experience if the person taking orders had a crash course in suggestive retail, then we would have known we had options. But I think we still would not have returned. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway or Fred Meyer deli. Fred is straight clowning Jim… That’s no lie. Cliff Huxtable would be appauled.

First time to go to any of these. Was greeted as we entered and were helped quickly. Wife got exactly what she ordered. I on the other hand ordered my sandwich with no mayo our tomato. Took a bite and got a mouthful of tomato. While they quickly offered to make me another sandwich they told me it would be a few minutes b because they wanted to use bread that just came out of oven. I told them I did not need hot bread as we only had a few minutes to spare as we were going to the movies and needed to get there. Well they made me wait even though I could see other bread sitting there. We’ll see if I go back. Wife liked her sandwich.

Love jimmy Johns sandwiches, except for the terrible stringy lettuce. However I think they should change their modo from«freaky fast delivery» to «freaky slow and rude delivery» it’s been 30 minutes and I am still waiting for my sandwich. The kicker is that I live right down the road from the mall. Takes less than 2 minutes to drive to my house If all lights are red. I imagine I could walk to the mall and go inside but I like the convience of delivery… however this is the 2nd time they have taken forever and did not call or email to let me know it was going to take a life time. Once they do get here they don’t apologize for the long wait. It’s annoying, I guess it’s time to break up with Jimmy Johns and find another nice food place that values their customers.

So. I never actually had my sandwich delivered, seeing as I live 1.3 miles away and they DON’T DELIVER that far. I think it’s comical that I could actually walk there and get a sandwich. leave the store. then drop I piece of that terrible shredded lettuce per step on the way home… then unleash an army of rabbits to follow the trail back to jimmys, where they would breed and cause the health dept to close them down. This is my dream… not as majestic as MLK’s, but my dream nonetheless.

All the ingredients taste better than Subway, but even the double meat, cheese, and avocado spread is lacking.

They aren’t kidding around when they say freaky fast service. When I saw that was their catchphrase I was like yea ok, we’ll see but seriously these people will have your food to you in 5 minutes or less. Never been disappointed with the food either. My favorite is the Italian night club. Yum!

OK first off to the female worker this evening you are trained to remove your food preparation gloves before handling cash, debit cards, the phone, and the register. Then put on a new pair before preparing orders. Not to mention the sneeze you released into the air near the prep table. Sneeze into your arm or something other than the food. I will never eat here again. Based on my last few experiences with Jimmy Johns locations elsewhere I will not be returning to any of them. The quality of food has gone downhill over the years and… well Jimmy… you are just not worth it anymore. Goodbye.

Always up beat friendly. Sandwiches are fresh and they will alter things if you ask. The pickles are the best. We did a take out platter last summer for a 50th that was awesome.

For me personally I was not impressed the bread was a tough bread being a french bread, I liked that they had a lot of meat but not enough sauces and it was a cold sandwhichand I like warm sandwiches… my husband liked it a lot he was very impressed.

I had not been to a Jimmy John’s until this location opened — now I go often. The sandwiches are fantastic! Much better than Subway. All ingredients taste very fresh and the bread is delicious. The service is incredibly fast, although it would be okay to slow it down a little to get a better product. Also, they don’t cut the sandwiches in half and I really, really wish they would. I like this location because it is just inside the mall entrance, so I don’t have to navigate the Chuck E. Cheese-like food court or go on a Lord of the Rings adventure deep inside the mall.

Unilocal doesn’t have the option of giving zero stars so one will have to do. I’ve been to a jimmy john’s once before & i had such a great tasting sandwich! I was at the vancouver mall & decided to eat here since i haven’t had it in a while. My bf had never tried it so he was pretty excited because i told him how delicious it was. We came in around 6 at night & there were no other customers inside. I know that there slogans say something about how freaky fast they are. They stay true to that. It took about a minute for me to order two sandwiches & pay with my card. Before i was even done paying both sandwiches were ready. I watched the whole time while they were making it & they were moving so fast like they had a billion other orders behind them. Let me remind you that there was NOOTHERCUSTOMERSINTHESTORE. I understand your motto is «freaky fast» but at least take the time to make the sandwich presentable. When i took off the wrapper it looked exactly how they made it. SLOPPY(like it was put together in 30 seconds) which it was. I got the #16 club lulu. There was a HALF a piece of bacon. 2 pieces of rinky dink ham & a huge mess of just lettuce. The sandwiches from the deli at walmart was better than the piece of crap that i got. Never eating jimmy johns again.
