Lincoln Cleaners

Have been using their services for around 2 years now due to their location, but over the last year the service has gone down considerably. Their only saving grace is that they do decent work on my clothes. There’s only one employee up front who is consistently pleasant. The other employees act like they are in detention in high school. Countless mornings you show up, and it’s easily 50 min past when they should be open and no one is there. Why post hours of operation of its just a guess by the employees if they’ll show up on time? Try calling their number with a question and it’s not even ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ that they’ll pick up, let alone have a voicemail set up. Cash or check only — not like it’s 2016 or anything! Time to find a new dry cleaner!

Lincoln Cleaners took care of the issue we had happen more than 6 months ago.

Was my first time getting my clothing dry cleaned by myself. Had like 10 dress shirts and 2 suits. They did a good job and didn’t take long. I’m happy with the service.

Their work gets five stars. Each garment is strictly $ 3, regardless of size/​material. They only take cash or check at drop off. They do their own work in store rather than sending out their dry cleaning. Most importantly (the reason I sought this place out), they are IFI members. I’m so picky about where to take my clothes and I’m glad I found a competent place to take it to. Not a looker, definitely don’t judge a book by its cover, but they do good work, that is not to be taken lightly.

I’ve been going there for 12 years, prices have increased only $ 0.50 in that time. Anytime I had an issue I was able to speak with the owners and was treated fairly. I’ve tried other cleaners closer to home, but always end up driving a bit farther back to Lincoln. I also have my Police department uniforms and my children’s’ school uniforms (Choir robes, Band uniforms and graduation gowns) cleaned there.
