I had been referred to Mackin’s by a local car wash where I had thought (wrongly) that the equipment may have scratched my new car (less than 3 mos old). I met with Chris Roberts this morning and he took a very detailed look at what I and others thought was a scratch… he said ‘you know, this actually looks like something ON the surface, not a scratch’… he went in the back and came out with a cleaner and cloth, and in two minutes he had everything as good as new

He thanked me for coming in, said it was his pleasure to help.
The least i can do is give him a Very Public Shout Out for it…

I have had two small jobs completed at this shop in the past couple of months. Not big business for them for sure. So, what I am sharing is even more profound. I was, throughout the process, treated so very professionally and friendly. Excellent communication by phone and email to be apprised of parts orders and progress. Lots of extra little things that make for BIG customer service. Finally, I picked up my detailed… not just washed and vacuumed, but thoroughly and nicely detailed car yesterday. WOW… I am not easy to impress, but Chris and his team are really something. You won’t be disappointed… instead quite delighted… really.
