Best nail salon in the world! Seriously. I have been going there for a while now and always see hailey. She is so incredibly sweet to her customers and somehow always remembers everyone’s names. She always offers me something to drink or to eat and we talk about life as if we are best friends. I told her that my last experience at a different nail salon was terrible and my nails hurt so bad so she made sure to be extra gentle and always stopped in between to make sure I wasn’t in pain. She gives the best deals and her family (mom and dad and brother and sister) are all so very nice and they always welcome me with a warm smile and a hello! I love her mom she is the sweetest lady ever! I would definetly recommend seeing hailey! She’s the best.

I normally go for eyebrow waxing, and the girls do a FANTASTIC job with that. But this rating is not for that, it’s for the gel nails I got yesterday.
The guy that did them had major issues capping my nails, and on multiple nails the polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail.

I would never go again. I went there to remove my acrylic nails. Had I known he was going to rip them off (which I could have done the same thing at home) I wouldn’t have went there. I figured the nail salon would have had the proper tools to remove them. Layers and layers of my actual nail came off. After applying shellac it looked as if my toddler had done it himself. I would never go again. The customer service was horrible along with the price and quality. Left feeling like I got robbed.

Great service, great quality. Everyone is super attentive offering drinks and snacks and great deals too! Definitely coming back!

I’ve been going to Hennley for a few years now I won’t go anywhere else! She’s very attentive and concerned with doing a good job. Always willing to take her time to do a beautiful job. I’m so relaxed when I go, like I’m doing my nails with my girl friends! Kaden is also very nice, great mani & pedi’s! The new management is making some great changes and additions making Nailpro even better.

Got my feet done and they’re like brand new thanks to Kayden. Great place. A lot better since they changed ownership. Fair prices for the work that they do.

This nail salon has a very friendly and attentive staff. You should pamper yourself with their deluxe manicure and pedicure.

Absolutely amazing staff, Kayden and Henely did my nails today and they were so friendly and helpful. They even stayed past close getting my nails done to perfection. They took their time with me and didn’t rush at all. Always stopping in between and making sure I liked what they were doing. I also wanted a very specific design and they delivered. My nails are absolutely flawless! I will go no where else to get my nails done :) Also, their new management is awesome and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Please give this business a shot next time you need to have your nails done or touched up!

Wish more people in Vancouver had Unilocaled this place because it’s awful! It’s dirty, the polish is old and gloppy, and they put too much on our nails so that even 2 hours after «drying» at the shop, we were still experiencing smears and bubbles. So not worth the $$ even if it was free!!!

I’m fiercely loyal to Tom, I’ve had other texts that have cut me or done my nails crooked, but Tom is flawless. He’s very professional, a smart business man, and very accommodating not to mention the good sense of humor. I love getting gel done with him, they tend to last 3 – 4 weeks, and when I didn’t like the way a color turned out, he redid it with no extra charge. Truong is great too, just make sure to tip cash! It’s your standard nail salon set up, but I’ve not had gels done even close to anywhere else, 25/​mani. Worth it.

They are doing very good job now. Super Nice service and people who work there are very nice and funny. Everything changed to be perfect ! I’m falling in love this place.

Ouch! They hurt me numerous times! And they are pushy! Trying to force an eyebrow wax and a pedicure! No way, never coming again. Staff was nice… but super pushy! I went in at an evening hour mostly because it was the only one open. Definitely not because of their prices! (Overpriced!) I was greeted by a lady who brought me to a chair (dirty chair might I add) and she had another lady start doing my nails. I had recently broke off one of the current acrylics and it tore my real nail. she was not sensitive to it whatsoever! She then tried forcing me into getting an eyebrow wax and after the third time saying no she moved onto trying to get me to buy polish and a pedicure! Yeah right! Okay, so THEN, this is something I really hate, she pushed me off to another employee who finished her started work. How rude! Not to mention it was a male who kept glancing at my breasts, I had to put my jacket on in order for it to stop. I ended up leaving with crooked nails because it was better than staying there any longer or to come back to have them fixed by another creep or pushy sales woman.
