Everyone was nice and friendly. We got a nice room that was clean and comfortable. The other people around us were less than desirable but everyone was quiet. Breakfast wasn’t that great but overall I would stay here again. They had a hot tub but it didn’t seem hot at all.

I wanted to like this place, and I’m sorry I’m rating the place as poorly as I am. The room seemed to be recently renovated with flat-screen TV and newer carpeting, paint, linens; however, the room smelled of trash, and there were mystery/food stains on the carpet. The manager did his best to try to remedy the problem, but the smell of trash lingered. We originally booked two nights, but checked out early because the smell was so bothersome. What really angered me was the price of the one night. We had been traveling across the country and had stayed in 17 states up to that point. I think there may have been some sort of event going on in Portland – that’s the only reason I can think of as to why this room cost us close to $ 130 for one night for such mediocre conditions. It was the most expensive, but worst place we stayed at throughout our entire trip. We were very disappointed.

I’ve been calling this place to make a reservation, but they asked if they can call me back in 10mins. That was last night. I’ve never heard back from them. I called again this morning and a different woman answered and asked to call back in 10mins. Idk what’s going on. Calls must be fwd to her cell cuz she said she wasn’t on the property I would think if they want your business they would call. I guess I should look somewhere else.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. The worst experience ever. Just came to check in with my dad who is a truck driver. Been on the road all day and we were promised a free upgrade due to the woodland quality inn not having vacancy for an extended day and having us come to this one. We get here and we had the simplest room. No upgrade. When asked to talk to managerJim the lady at front claimed to be the manager and had nothing but attitude with my dad and is of course not the main manager. Finally he went back downstairs to express his frustration about being lied to and they returned our money. However on the way out she said«I will be putting you on the do not rent list» which I found unnecessary and rude. Definitely never going back there. All we wanted was the accommodation we were promised so we can relax before driving another 15 hours. Smh. The front desk girl(a heavy set woman), was extremely rude and unhelpful, no customer service skills whatsoever.

the good: the hotel is clean, it has a pool hot tub and fitness center. the bad: we booked a suite online but it only had a little fridge and microwave, no stove. ALL the rooms have a fridge and microwave so why did we pay more for a «suite». worse: the hotel itself was nice but the people staying there seemed really shady. guys covered in tattoos were sitting by the pool drinking beer and talkig about beatig people up for a solid hour. at 930 i stepped putside to get my laundry and a girl was threatening to beat up her be-mohawked boyfriend if he lost the room key. they both looked high as kites. funny story: go to eat the free breakfast in the morning. crack a hard boiled egg to go with the biscuits and gravy which was good. the hard boiled egg is a gross green-gray color. i walk to the front desk and let the girl there know the hard boiled eggs are green. she comes to the breakfast area, picks up the eggs, takes them around the corner, waits 5 minutes, then BRINGSBACKTHESAMEEGGS. so seeing her bring hard boiled eggs out i grab another one and peel it, only to find that its greener than any of the others. i tried to talk with the manager, Jim, about how disgusting these green week old eggs are, but he just wanted to argue with me about whether or not they would actually kill me. Dont care, looks terrible. For $ 140 a night expected better.

My room was spacious and clean. I would gladly return. The breakfast room was very crowded, though. The coffee in the room was not good. Most important: I had a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, there is free wifi, enough extra space to stretch in the morning, and a sparkling tub for morning shower. There is no elevator to upstairs rooms.

The only reason why I am not going with a 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and professional. The beds are very cheap and hard, the pillows are polyester filled and are under size, the bathroom is tiny. When we walked into our room, there was old food left in the fridge. Besides the dirty fridge, the rest of the place is clean, the water is hot, and the free breakfast has a lot of options from waffles to cereals to hard boiled eggs. Stay if you half to, but for the price, it’s not worth it.
