I hate to leave a bad review. Really, I do. But I’ve had it with this particular Round Table. They have pretty much always quoted me the wrong price for delivery, which I can handle so long as it isn’t an exorbitant amount. I will put up with a lot of mistakes as long as the employees are friendly! Alas, they are not. We order a pizza. We are STARVING. The guy on the phone takes our order and we let him know that we have moved into a different apartment in the same complex. We confirm the new apartment number. He confirms«it’s still blah blah apartment complex, right?». We say yes. Cool. Pizza is ordered. After about 45 minutes, a friend that I had recently housesat for texts me and says«uhh, there’s a pizza here for you guys?». Oh snap, last time we ordered a pizza we were staying the night over there! Hey didn’t we confirm our apartments and new apartment number? So I call them. *I am leaving out a lot of the back and forth so as not to write a novel about the Mill Plain Round Table Pizza* First guy says«uh I don’t know what to do». I say, «maybe your manager does, could you put them on?». Here comes Karen, the«manager». I started off nice I swear. But she tells me that I must have made a mistake because the kid that took my order«doesn’t usually make mistakes like that». Uh, ok! So I said please call the driver and give them the updated address as soon as you talk to him. Then, a knock on the door. It has now been over an hour. The kid says«uhhhh the uh address was like wrong». I say«no s***». I give him his money and close the door. Lovely Karen calls back. I let her know how unprofessionally and rudely I think this was all handled. I ask for her full name and official job title as I intended on calling the manager and letting him know. SHEREFUSEDTOGIVEHERLASTNAME. I said, «so to be clear, you’re refusing to give me your last name?». Yep. Scared? I don’t know. All of this and I get a $ 1.50 off the stupid pizza. I’m not a «customer is always right» kind of person, but like I told dear Karen; when a customer is upset, the first question a manager should have is «what can I do to make this better», not«well that guy doesn’t make mistakes, so clearly it’s on you». She’ll go far, I’m sure. Go somewhere else, it’s only good if you grew up with it anyways.

Had a great time hosting an end of the season sports party! This is totally a let your kids run wild and have a good time while the adults mingle. Fast service and they even let me call ahead to order the pizza so the hungry boys didn’t have to wait!

I would give negative stars if I could. I was refused the sale of beer by the so called«manager» because of an address change sticker on my oregon license. To further prove my age, I showed him my California ID card. He told me he has never seen this before which is A. Absolutely ridiculous and B. Very poor customer service. Jim, the incompetent store manager, not only lost several sales but any returning customers. If you want to be made out to be a liar, refused a sale, and not even a genuine apology, knock yourself out. I will never or any one I know will be returning to this establishment. Good job, Jim, good job.

I give it 2 stars because the pizza is always good. However, why is it that everytime I order online, when I get here to pick it up, it’s NEVER ready for at least another 15 – 20 min? My order said, «pick up ready at 5:08». I even gave them an extra almost 10 min because this is what happened to us last time. I walk up to the register and the lady say, «oh, I just put that order in the oven». 10 min AFTER my order was to be ready? How is this possible? I see 7 employees and only 1 customer in the restaurant. Thats fine if it takes longer. But someone needs to update the times on the website.

I’m a Caesar salad fan, and they have nice, clean, fresh Romaine lettuce! The Caesar dressing tastes yummy. They provide lots of parmesan cheese. The rest of the salad bar is great, too. This location has a packed parking lot. It may be challenging to find a parking spot. The restaurant seems clean and large. They have a separate room, used for meetings. It has a door, so you can keep the restaurant noise tuned out.

They have no bread sticks anymore at the salad bar. Totally sucks, never coming back. The new owner blows.

I’m giving one star because I have to in order to write a review. We sat there for an hour waiting for a plain CHEESE pizza before I finally was fed up waiting. I asked one of the servers when our pizza would be ready and when he went to check he sent the woman who took our order to come let us know that our pizza had been ready the entire time but they couldn’t find us and thought we had left! They took my name when I put in my order, if it was too complicated to call out a simple one syllable name they could’ve easily called out my number! THATSWHATITSTHEREFOR! When they finally brought over our pizza to go, she asked if I was satisfied with its freshness! As if I were willing to wait another HOUR for a basic simple toppingless pizza! She could clearly see my irritation and hadn’t even offered a coupon, discount, or refund! By the time I got home and my kids open the box assuming to get the standard large 12 slices in the pizza, the slices were sliced so thin and had not even been a complete 12 slices! And to completely top it off, there was a long strand of hair on the pizza. I normally love Round Table but this was the worst customer service and quality of pizza I have EVER received in my life. I am never coming here again and I hope you all take this as a warning!

They simply do not read their orders. After waiting over two hours to receive our order, tonight was the third and last time they have not included a topping we paid extra for. No idea how they stay open.

Got a recommendation from a friend so I tried it. Pizza was good but a bit overpriced for what it is. Not necessarily something I would go out of my way to get but if you’re looking for good pizza in your neighborhood, it’s worth it.

I couldn’t even order dinner for my kids based on the looks of the place, it was so run down, dirty, trashed, so disgusting, the carpets, walls, ceiling, soiled. I was there for a party and had to leave. I will never go back!

PIzza is generally completely delicious. Salads are well above expectations. However, expect the pace to be COMPLETELYDIRTY. Usually, you’ll find a minimum of 5 unbussed tables(likely more), no utensils(is dirty), and staff that find other things to do — like stand around and talk. Otherwise, it should be a delivery-only place.

This place may have always provided slow service but it at least used to offer classic deals(salad bar, breadsticks, mini pizza and dessert sticks-which they forgot every time while everything else took forever) now this place is under new ownership and awful, an occasional home-y favorite is now a place I wont return to. Where to start… we guessed it was under new ownership when the jukebox and games disappeared and were replaced by… nothing. Next we saw a sign advertising a tuesday family buffet, we couldn’t read it while driving by so we called and the kid said he had no idea what the sign said or what the deal was. So we drop in just before 8, the guy is on the phone and doesn’t acknowledge-nor does anyone else. When he finally does its after 8 and without looking up or offering a hello-he tells us we cant get the buffet. Next, we order a pizza we always get and always used to sub the pepperoni for ham at no cost(i understand charging for adding stuff) it now costs $ 2.25??? Huh??? Why? Not only that when the pizza guy got there he asked us if we ordered 2 pizzas(no) and high as a kite said-«oh yeah i have another place to go durrr» …poorly managed by new place-clueless staff, poor service and higher prices… wont be back.

For the first time in years a buddy and I went to this Round Table Pizza. And it was terrible. From the counter to the buffet and back again we were disappointed. The prices weren’t too bad for a Pizza buffet at around 11.00 for Pizza, Drink and Salad. But this is where the problems started, here I am at a pizza buffet and they had literally two(medium) pizzas on the hot table and that was all they kept stocked at a time, now if there was only 10 people in the restaurant that would be okay, however it was packed with people waiting to get pizza. After a plate of salad(which actually was good and had a solid selection of items to top it with) I finally was able to get one of the single pieces of pizza left on the bar. I used to love their pizza and quickly decided it was not for me. When picking it up the cheese and pepperoni would fall off and the pizza literally was dripping grease. I took a bite and set it aside and waited… and waited… and waited! 45 minutes and the buffet had salad and that was it. So I paid 11.00 for a salad and two bites of pizza, annnnnnnnd to top it off the two sodas I tried were out of syrup. When going to the counter to ask about the pizza and buffet I was told«ya ya, it is on its way» Last time I eat here.

Do Not Order From This Place! This is a franchise as I have been repeatedly told when I call the home office. They may or may not honor coupons, and they will not honor the on-line prices or coupons!

My family eats at this Round Table location several times a month. It is without a doubt the best pizza chain on the west coast. You cant find a better pizza buffet than Round Table. And the pizza is the best I’ve ever had. It truly is the«last honest pizza» with all their premium ingredients, secret sauce with all the spices and flavor, and the best crust – the way it bubbles and the sauce bakes right in. Staff is always friendly and always hooks us up with an abundance of toppings. The restaurant atmosphere still has that vintage«King Arthur» feel to it. With like soccer team pictures up on the wall from like the 80’s lol. Just your classic pizza joint feel. I grew up in Camas but I live in Utah now for school, and am so depressed that Round Table does not exist out here. Every time I go back home to WA for vacation/holidays, I look forward to eating at Round Table. Round Table Pizza truly makes the best pie that money can buy.

I have to say, when I first walked into this place, I was a little worried. But when the pizza hit my table, I was impressed on the amount of toppings, and the quality of the pizza. I ordered the Lunch Special that comes with a personal pizza, all you can eat salad bar and a drink. The pizza that I ordered was the Ulti-Meat, had them swap out the sausage for red onion and it was REALLY good. I have to say, the texture of the crust and the tastiness of the sauce, I wish that they had these back here. They would kill any other chain we have available. I can’t wait to get out to any area where they have this, as I’ll be eating here again.

Really nice buffet for about $ 8 with water to drink. Salad bar is always crisp, clean, fresh. Pizza is very good too, with a light crust and excellent toppings. I’ll be back.

I’m rating their $ 6.99 pizza buffet … In that context, it’s four stars. It’s not Apizza Scholls or some artisan big hitter, but for $ 7 for all you can eat pizza and salad, it’s slammin’. I’m definitely a buffet fan on a lot of levels. It’s like small plates. You get to try a little of a lot. The moment you find something you don’t like, you just don’t eat it. That being said, even though the promise of buffet is high, 95% of them suck. Big Time. The reason for the four stars on Round Table’s is simply this — the quality of pizza is very high for a buffet. They don’t skimp on toppings, they have a signature smoky tomato sauce that’s addicting, and it’s hot. The salad bar portion frankly looks tired and recycled, so I pay it no attention. I’m there to consume some quality pizza to excess. It delivers. It also has hot wings and jo jos, but go there for the pizza. It’s quality simply embarrasses Izzy’s or anyone. It’s a great value. Lastly: This is old-time Vancouver, right here. This locale has been here since ’84 when I moved here. Generations of us of had soccer parties and the like here. It’s seen better days, but the good memories linger. Score a good one for the ‘Couv!
