Sprint Store

Horrible service! Do not go there!
Went in with my gf to buy a iphone se or galaxy s7 outright. We wanted to buy the phone full price but was told that we cannot buy the phone outright. We had to finance for 3 months at least or sign a 2 year contract if we wanted to buy a phone full price. The employes were very stand offish and rude. We were literaly arguing over paying them full cash up front!!! I would rate this place 0 stars if i could. Dont go to that store unless you want to deal with whole bunch of cocky 16 year old salesman that lives in there moms basement.

This store lied to me repeatedly for the entire two hours I was there to buy a phone. They sold me the, «iphone For Life» plan when I clearly wanted the «Iphone Forever.»
They misrepresented what the plan did and it’s features to close the sale. They pushed accessories multiple times in an attempt to add-​on to the sale while I repeatedly said no.
DON’T GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR TO MAKE THE SALE.

Rude! Not even a hi when i walked in. Then made me wait over 30 mins with not even a word spoken to me tha whole time. Just to be told that they cant upgrade my fathers phone for whatever reason and when asked that they basically wasted my time they tried to give some half assed excuse and I told me asking more than a few times to get the simple answer of yes they wasted my time. I will NEVER return to this store. I will drive the extra miles to the mill plain store next to Fred Meyer where I get good service and treated like a valued customer.

I don’t totally fault the people at the store for at least trying to be helpful. But they did’t help at all. In the end, Sprint is a complete money trap and total waste of time. I couldn’t be more un-​satisfied from a wireless provider. The first 4 years I was with them, the service and plans were fair (as expected). But when we upgraded to the ‘framily’ plan, and picked up a samsung tablet to add to the plan, that’s when everything started to fall apart. Ben, who no longer works there, promised us that he would cancel the tablet from our plan when we found it stolen from the Shilo Inn in Seaside, Or. We hadn’t had it for two weeks, and it was gone from our hotel room (housekeeping?) Well, we found out later that Ben had not cancelled it, and that we would have to pay a hefty cancellation fee to do so. We agreed to pay it, but it never happened. After ten months of overages data charges from the thief using our tablet, we finally decided to cancel the whole thing — they still have not, and continue to send us the bill in the mail! What does it take to make them go away? I don’t want to just «not pay» as I know they’ll send a collections company to us… This is wrong on so many levels, that a negative 5 stars would be more appropriate here. We are good standing customers who’ve always paid our bills on time. Sprint is a horrible experience and we’ve been treated like criminals — unfair and unjust. If someone was to make a class action lawsuit against Sprint — I’d be the first to sign up.

Went to this Sprint store to change to the framily plan. Best Buy was unable to accomplish this and gave me the address of this Sprint store. This part went smoothly. Talked about an iPad and was told by Ben I could get the older version iPad mini for $ 99 plus monthly data. Ben said he would find one for me the following day. He called to tell me he found a white one in Redmond and did I want it. i told him I was leaving for Alaska that day but would pick it up when I got back. Ben said it would be shipped and available upon my return. Upon my return a week later I drove to the store and the phone was not there. Ben said he would follow-​up. I called after 5 PM and Ben had gone home and I had not received a call. Called the next day around noon and Ben said he had just got in and would follow-​up and call me back. I called after 5 PM and Ben said it had been busy but my iPad was not shipped but instead it was sold. This is poor customer service. I had talked to my brother-​in-​law about going the frailly plan but not sure with this type of service I want to recommend it.
