I go to this place once in a while. As a coffee addict this is like the only Starbucks I like around town. Unlike other Starbucks they actually make their frappuccino flavorful instead of watered down. And sure they messed up my order once but that was one time. Stuff happens, nothing to get pissed over about.

I’ve been here numerous times because of the convenience of this location, but the customer service is the absolute worst. I understand that you could be having a bad day, or constantly dealing with grumpy customers, but seriously? You work at a damn coffee shop. Put on a smile at the very least or fake it. Management really needs to do a better job training in the customer service field or hiring more friendly people.

This Starbucks is absolutely terrible. Everyone I order they mess up my drink it seems like. Today I ordered two drinks and they messed up both. They made my iced drink hot and the other one was just completely wrong

These folks never get a drink right. I don’t have time to wait for them to correct my order everytime. I love Starbucks but this location is not up to standard.

This Starbucks is definitely NOT my favorite! I’ve been here numerous times (figuring I was being overly critical) and they have consistently screw up my order or forget to give me something on each of my FIVE visit. Sure, the rectified the issue when I pointed it out, but come on you weren’t even busy today.
Oh and the girl that is constantly singing at the top of her lungs, isn’t doing the store any favors. It’s distracting, out of key, and WAY to loud to be considered okay in this type of establishment.

In the last few months I’ve been through the drive thru about 5 – 7 times and every time my drink has been bad. I get a caramel frappucino with extra caramel and they either put barely any caramel (only on top) or a ton of it (only on top) so I don’t get any caramel flavor in my drink at all. It’s disappointing since the Starbucks by my house makes them great. The staff are always nice though.

I have never seen worse cash register person! She is yawning in front of customers, asks if you want any vodka with that, super slow and just dump. I would fire her on spot. Feel sorry for the boss at that location. I was there 12:10pm on January 25th, 2013

Visited almost every day when i was here on vacation.
Went in side and also drive thru — not a consistent drink.
Mostly friendly, but not the usual happy workers.
Inside or out, the wait for your drink will be a long time.
