A pita pit/frozen yogurt place is quite literally how I’d describe this place(no, I’m not joking!!!). What can I say as a positive… it’s close to where we live. On to the cons: Service is bad and the workers shuffle back and forth between the pita pit and this place(told you I was serious), fudge machine has an out of order sign every day and week of the month, found a weird plastic piece in my ice cream, furniture is worn out, toppings are strewn about on the floor… ya it’s bad. It’s obvious the owners do not care about providing a good experience. Save yourself the experience and hit up Wendy’s next door for a frosty. You’ll save yourself a few dollars and get just as delicious a treat without having to wade through a dump.

This rating is for staff and management at this location — a special thanks to Cody for bringing gelato style hazelnut yogurt to this location. I’ve noticed some positive changes in the store lately. For example, cleaner overall appearance, and better stocked toppings bins — I recommend getting a few more napkin dispensers for the table and counter.

Wasn’t a fan. I’m not usually all that picky about these kinds of places. I sampled two different flavors and both were«melty» right from the spout. Should have left then, but I didn’t. The one I got was better. But then after eating, I got sick. Dumb mistake on my part. Only one dairy-free option(usually there’s at least two).

We come here quite often only because it is the only option for frozen yogurt in our neighborhood. I think its about time to give up on them and start getting ice cream someplace else instead. First, they are rather expensive($ 30+ for 2 adults/2 kids). I’d be fine with the cost if I didn’t have the following issues. Topping selection is HORRIBLE! Very rarely is there any kind of a selection of fruit. When we are choosing healthier frozen yogurt over ice cream it would be nice to have fruit options. We were just there tonight, the only fruit offered was strawberries. Or should I say, strawberry? There was seriously about 6 slices. Someone was messy with the topping behind it so the strawberry that was there was covered with something else. Which brings me to my next point, this place is always dirty. I doubt that they wipe things up more than once a day(if that). The yogurt machines are always covered with melted yogurt, toppings are just strung about and never filled. We’ve never dined in but the tables as well as all the other surfaces look like they rarely ger wiped down! The pan that catches the hot fudge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. Not only was it covered in hot fudge, it had melted frozen yogurt all over it. As I stated before I was getting yogurt for 2 adults and 2 kids which means I had 4 contsiners to carry out. I had to ask for lids, the lady at the counter acted like it was a ridiculous request. When I asked for a bag I was informed they didn’t have any. Apparently Pita Pit(which is attached) was out also. The employees always act really inconvenienced and never smile. They are actually pretty rude! If I’m going to be paying top price for a treat I’d like to have an experience that consists of quality product, cleanliness and smiles. This place had none of these. I’ve never posted s negative review. I figure everyone is allowed to have off days but this location of Yo Licous has fallen way short on every single visit. I just wish another yogurt place would open in Orchards. After visiting this place several times I doubt they’ll ever pull it together.

This Yo Licious fro-yo place sits in a large expanse of parking east of I-205 in «the Couv(e).» It shares a parking lot with a big LA Fitness and sits next to Starbucks. I’ve been here twice. The quality of what I got was good and, each time, the selections of flavors was exactly the same. There are 10 flavors to choose from, grouped in 5 wall niches with 2 flavors each. I chose the Red Velvet Cake and Cable Car Chocolate flavors. The toppings were typical for me: Oreos(or equivalent), pieces of smashed up peanut butter cups, and strawberries. The first time, the price came in at under $ 5. The second time, it went slightly over $ 5. While not a big deal, keep in mind that the other side of the Columbia River is WA state and, instead of getting hit with state income tax, you get hit with sales taxes to counterbalance that situation. Meh. I’m just relating the overall pre-tax cost to what was in my cup — 3 stars worth of frozen yogurt in my book. The service was very different each of the two times. The first time, I was helped by a guy who was too busy doing God knows what in the back as I was filling up the cup and attempting to pay for it — 2 stars for that time. The second time, I was helped by a girl who was actually on board with the situation — 4 stars for that time. The location is small and there isn’t much seating. HOWEVER, they are connected to the Pita Pit next door(I’m thinking same owner) and you can take your fro-yo in there, where there is plenty of seating, and eat it. Within the Portland area, the best fro-yo place I’ve discovered is Frenzi’s in «the Gresh,» right next door to Boccelli’s Italian restaurant. For a funky yogurt experience, I’d say it’s hard to beat Eddie’s in Palm Springs CA. Also, this is in an «interesting» fairly ethnic area. If you think that you can take that young Russian or Ukranian mail-order bride here for your first date and impress her, that won’t be happening. On the other hand, if you want to take«Olga from the Volga,» like the ones in that(old)(Dannon?) commercial who were approaching 100 years of age because of yogurt consumption, I’d say you’d have her eating out your hand for the rest of your life … or hers … whichever has the earlier expiration date. Three stars to YoLicious in «East Couv(e).»

My family and I love YoLicious! They always have great flavors and a ton of toppings to choose from. Every time we stop in, the store is clean and the staff is really friendly.

So I have been to this place once before and just thought it was mediocre. However I went today and it was terrible! I literally was there for over 10 minutes without someone acknowledging me also when I attempted to top my yogurt I realized the blueberries were rotting and filthy! No joke this place is terrible don’t go! I will never return and my expectations are not the highest out there!

The worst fro-yo I’ve ever had in my life. A friend of mine talked me into going there after I raved to her about Menchie’s. The only vanilla they had was sugar-free and I didn’t realize that’s what I put in my cup until I already paid for it. I noticed, «the taste». I asked the girl if what I was eating was sugar-free and she said yes, that’s all we have for vanilla today. I suffered through half of my treat and threw the rest away and have never gone back. They are disgusting and have a very small selection of add-ons. They didn’t even have any whipped topping! They could certainly learn a lot from Menchie’s!!!

Service was mediocre since the associate was spending more time flirting with her boyfriend than paying attention to customers or the product. this store is not very clean

If I could give this place no stars, I would. First of all it’s connected with Pita Pit(I think most of them are, I could be wrong). The fact that they are connected is totally fine. The problem I have is that I was in this half of the business for over 8 minutes and no one came over to help, I had no idea that they were even open or how they worked, they could at least have a sign on the register that says please go next door for service. I prepared my fro-yo and was ready to pay, so I went next door and upon getting the attention of one of the workers from Pita Pit, she made it seem like it was this huge inconvenience to come and cash out my fro-yo. I’ve had much better frozen yogurt, the taste was off and it was very ice-y. Will not return and suggest avoiding this place if you want a good cup of fro-yo.

Good yogurt variety. Could have a couple more toppings though. Miss the thinmints other locations carry.
