Our family has been a customer for 14 years. When I decided to upgrade from a galaxy s2 to an Iphone 5 s, the staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. They said they would take off the tax for me and that I would get money back for what the galaxy was worth. I later found out that they FAILED to do both things, and when we called the manager was VERYRUDEANDUNPROFESSIONAL. We called the T Mobile customer care and they agreed that THESTOREWASVERYWRONG. They wouldn’t even let us take the phone back since we didn’t get any money for it(THATTHEYPROMISED).

As an decade-long T-Mobile customer, I’ve been known to walk in to T-Mobile stores for service, purchases and questions in New York City, Atlanta, Miami, and Portland, OR. While my experience is always satisfactory, none has been quite as good as the care and attention I receive at my home store in Vancouver. Over the years, I’ve come to cherish the staff here. They never pressure or rush me and even on the occasions when it’s crowded, I feel like I’m the only customer. The reps go the extra mile to resolve any problems or questions, and inform me, each and every time. Recently, I heard there was a possibility of moving or removing this branch and I have to say I’d be extremely sad to see that happen. So many people in this area depend on the store and get great results to boot. So, T-Mobile, if you’re listening(reading), please don’t mess with a great thing!
