I love Philly Bilmos, so when I heard they were opening a Pizza Parlor, I was excited. I have been to other«Authentic New Your Style Pizza» Pizzerias, but was not impressed. I was informed by a friend from New York that our loaded style Pizzas here out west are a west coast thing and Traditional New York Pizza have sparse toppings(note: Pizza Bilmos is Authentic New Jersey Style Pizza). With that in mind we ordered a ½ Cheese, ½ Pepperoni Pizza, not extra toppings. We were not disappointed! The Crusts are AMAZING!!! They are thin and remarkably chewy and flavorful. The sauce and cheeses are rich and delicious as well as the meats. Also Great Friendly Service every time I definitely recommend Pizza Bilmos and can’t wait to hear from some of my East Coast New Yorker Friends to tell me what they think.

Great local pizza spot that features super thin crust pies in the New York style. Tonight was my first visit and I will certainly be back. The crust is thin and delicious. The sauce was very good and the toppings were generous and tasty. I did half Margherita and half pepperoni with black olives. Both were yummy! I also tried the garlic knots with marinara sauce and a small Caesar salad that was quite large in size. I loved the knots. The salad was merely decent. I gave 4 stars because there are a few drawbacks. They do not have many pizza options and though you can build your own pizza, you are limited to four toppings at $ 2 each. They also only offer one size of pizza which was quite frankly too much pizza for myself and two kids because it is huge! Ambience is nonexistent, as sometimes is the case in a strip mall location. I was the only one there an hour before closing though a few people did come in to pickup orders, which would be what I do next time I want pizza from here :) Considering the size, the prices aren’t bad but I definitely found myself wishing for a smaller and less expensive choice. Overall though, this is one of the better pizzas I’ve had here in Vancouver. The service was great too! Go ahead and give it a try

Very nice staff, fair prices and quality toppings. The one and only reason I am not giving it a full five-star rating is due to the crust on our pizza; It was lacking in flavor and was very flat and had little texture. Knowing a little something about making pizza dough my suspicion is that the dough had been mixed and used immediately without being given time to proof… that is assuming, of course, that they are really making and hand-tossing their own dough and not using a pre-made crust. I will visit again in the future and will gladly change my rating to a full five-stars if the crust has improved. I might also add that I know someone who is in the supply chain for local restaurants and told me that Pizza Bilmos orders only top-quality ingredients which are far above those that most local pizzerias use. All-in-all, a good experience and a nice addition to Vancouver’s restaurant community.

This is right by my work so I come on my lunches sometimes. They sell cheese, pepperoni or ham & pineapple for around $ 3/slice. They also have a combo with 1 slice, a side salad and a drink, I think it was around $ 6 or $ 7. It’s pretty fast and so so so good. It’s the thin style of pizza that come in huge slices which is my favorite! I haven’t purchased a whole pizza, but I’m sure those are just as good.

My colleague and I went to check this place out for lunch yesterday and weren’t disappointed. Per his request we called in an order about 10 minutes before we arrived for a pepperoni and olive pizza. The woman on the phone said it would be about 10 – 15 min for the pizza to be ready(only one size here 18″ 8 slices). For the whole pizza and 2 drinks it was a little over $ 20 something which I felt was reasonable between the two of us. The pizza took an additional 10 minutes making it something like 25 min wait for the pizza which was fine, but close to twice as long as was quoted. I’m not complaining over an extra 10 – 15 min wait, but the place was literally empty. We were the only two people in the place. But when the pizza came out it was delicious(although I thought the crust was a little over done). It is exactly what I would expect a Jersey/NY style pizza place to provide. It hit the spot, and we will return(just making sure to budget more time for them to make it).

New York“ish” pizza. Bland sparse toppings, the white pizza claims to have ricotta cheese, there was none on my slice. The«Double» sausage had about 5 pieces of sausage and no sauce. I called to tell them that I thought it was a mistake… They said that it was their Double sausage«white» pizza which has absolutely no sauce at all. Terrible… Also, you can build your own pizza… sort of. For some reason you’re limited to 2 toppings? If you love a great pizza, go somewhere else.

Several friends wanted to meet at this place recently and I am glad I showed up — very impressive! We shared three different pizza’s — and they were all fantastic. The selection of local beers on tap is awesome as well.

Really good thin crust pizza! Slices available for lunch. It’s a limited menu but what they do have is done well.

Pretty darn good for this area. The garlic knots are light and fluffy. Decent selection of draft beers. Wine selection could be improved a bit. Nice New York style pie. Their sauce is very slightly sweet, which is an interesting touch.

I was really excited by Philly style pizza and even happier when I saw that they serve by the slice. The interior is a nice wood and chalkboard theme with the limited menu largely displayed. I was a bit taken a back at the prices – $ 18 for an 18″ cheese pizza, $ 13 for a calzone?! Back east you could get an 18″ loaded with toppings for $ 15-$ 17. Thankfully, they also serve by the slice(It’s only on a tiny board by the register do you see pizza by the slice). At $ 3.50 each it seemed steep but we gave it a shot: pepperoni and chicken and parm. When they arrived we immediately noted how small they were; back east every place had slices twice as big. The crust was thin and the sauce to cheese ratio was good, but the chicken parm had literally 4 tiny 1×1 cubes of chicken, hardly the loaded slice I grew up with and expected. Thank god they at least had chili flakes, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. So many places make you beg for chili flakes(even Costco)! A nice try but they need to adjust the cost to serving ratio.

New York style pizza. Need I say more. Owner is a Mets fan, so no Yankee fan attitude. Good local microbrews. The kid that took our order was very nice and super enthusiastic. Added a cannolo at the end. This former Long Islander is pleased.

My husband is from Philly and we both love Philly Bilmos and were excited to try this new place. We had the cheese steak pizza and it was amazing! Delicious thin crust and I loved the sauce. We will definitely make the trip across town the next time we are craving some East Coast food!

A friendly pizza place in East Vancouver with just the right amount of clean standoffishness for office workers on lunch break. Service is at the counter, with two registers, and the menu is simple enough that even an indecisive person can choose quickly. In summary, the place serves pizza and salad, with 4 – 6 sub-options in each category, plus several related items, like garlic knots and calzones. The pizza in a whole(cheese-only) pie is around $ 1 per inch in diameter, except for their convenient $ 3.50 single slices. We ordered one of their 8 craft draft beer ‘pints’, and two slices; one chicken parm, and one pepperoni, for a total of $ 13.64. The pizza was very thin and flexible, and everything was good, but having moved here from Philly, I take issue with the high ratio of cost to quantity. Not only was the slice size off by my expectations, but the toppings were miserly, and the beer pint glasses hold a head inclusive max of about 12oz(I own a set). In short, I like it, but probably not enough that I’ll come back in the next 365 days.

This is what pizza is supposed to taste like. we have been looking for legitimate New York style pizza since moving to the Portland area and this is the first place to fit the bill. Friendly service, great beer selection, this place is top notch.

The garlic knots, sauce, pizza with thin crust, and house made choc chip cannoli were all super tasty! The red pizza sauce was very different than the typical sauce I’m used to, and I LOOOOVED it!!! Great service and very nice/simple set up. I would love to see some dried oregano in shakers for the win!

Finally a NY style pizza place in Vancouver. They have 18″ pies, calzones, Stromboli and salads. They also have lots of beer on tap. The place is clean and service is very good. DELICIOUS

Vancouver, Portland area’s pizza market has been over saturated with New York style pizza. This is just another pie joint serving a mundane over priced thin crust pizza. But I will say its much better than chain pizza.

Ordered a large 18″ cheese pie a few days ago. Light and airy crust. The sauce had just the right amount of seasoning and it was baked to perfection! I’m a pizza snob from Brooklyn NY, way back before the hipsters invaded and conquered. Ha! This place reminds me of my favorite pizzerias growing up in NY. The place itself rocks! Great atmosphere and décor. Best pizza in Vancouver hands down. Unless you’re a MOD pizza fan. Let’s not go there! lol This is real pizza!
