Bought a groupon. Didn’t honor it. Tried to charge me $ 21 more dollars saying they don’t have a groupon. And she didn’t even tell me she was charging me $ 20. She said she was charging me tax on $ 15. How is this place still open? What a joke. Is it possible to give zero stars???

The place is very pricey in comparison to other local tanning places. The inside is clean, service is good and beds are decent. Even tho it’s expensive this place will stay.

Classic bait and switch.
I looked up the company and signed their email list for a free tan so I could try before I buy. I was happy to walk in to the salon, but when I presented my coupon I was told, «oh, we don’t have those beds here.» But they sure were happy to sell me a package at almost $ 400… and that was «winter rates, and at a discount.» When I balked she offered a less expensive package — but still well over $ 100. I said that I’d have to think about it, and she said, literally, «you do that.»
Sorry — I don’t need snide remarks. And I don’t need classic bait and switch marketing techniques. I have since bought at a different salon.
