I love TMC! Since the day we opened our business they have been amazing. From helping us choose the best processing system for our business to setting aside rolls of paper for our machine when we ran out on a Monday morning. Their customer service has been nothing but stellar and everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly. It is no wonder that our Credit Union highly recommends them.

I have been researching credit card payment processing companies and because of the variables between the companies including fees, customer service and options I was stuck. I searched google for «the best payment processor» and got things like Paypal, YUCK.
I called Total Merchant Concepts and their customer service representatives were so knowledgable about not only their rates, fees and systems but their competitors as well. It’s not every day you can call a payment processor, ask a ton of in depth questions and still receive a one call resolution? I mean who has time for multiple calls or having «a supervisor «call back? No one.
My credit card payment processor is Total Merchant Concepts and if you are reading this trying to make a decision to call, just call. Your questions can’t be as difficult as mine were and I guarantee you will have all your questions answered in that one phone call, these guys will not waste your time.
The fees were competitive and the service was better than anyone else I was looking at. I cannot believe how knowledgable their representative was, their training is definitely superior to their competitors as even now, after the sale has been made anytime I need something I call them and guess what? The person who answers the phone knows the answer to my question.
Merchant payment processors are a dime a dozen like most businesses. What stands out most with Total Merchant Concepts is their ability to compete at a higher level than their competitors.
The one thing I would want them to work on is mobile application to process credit card payments on site. Also, it seems that they have the lost payment processing fees.

I have been using TMC for over 10 years to process my credit cards. It’s hard to find a company in this industry to give just adequate customer service but with TMC I have always received the greatest customer service! I have referred TMC for merchant services to several of my friends who own businesses and they always tell me how great their experience has been as well. I needed credit card payment services for my start-​up and was referred to TMC by my credit union. The rep who was assigned to me is obnoxious. She talks fast and loud, and even her emails are full of bold, red letters, underlines and exclamation points.
During our first conversation, I could hardly get a word in edgewise, and she totally failed to understand my business needs. She proposed services that would’ve cost nearly $ 400 upfront and would’ve required special software and training.
I chose to go with a competitor that offers comparable rates and no extra/​startup fees, and when I told her, she yelled «Nooooo!» into the phone and acted like I was the dumbest person around. She continues to call and email me, saying TMC has a comparable service, and how I can’t trust other companies.
Overall a horrible experience. I wouldn’t rely on this company for anything, and I’ll probably share this review with my credit union as well.

We have been using TMC for years… not just in our business, but my mother also uses them at her Restaurant. These people truly care about your business, and doing whatever they can to make sure you are succeeding. TMC is absolutely the BEST of the best. Thank you, Dean, Cherri, Tyler, and crew.
