This place is great. I live in a two bedroom, since this place is about 20 years old the floor plan is bigger than newer apartments giving us amble room for guests and entertaining. We love the open floor plan and huge windows in the upstairs apartments.
The Office staff is amazing, friendly, courteous and always ready to help. I especially appreciate how they maintain the property, it’s always nice and they are continually doing things to make the property nicer, for example: planting trees, new bushes, replacing worn railings and trim. And to add, the maintenance team is amazing, I’ve never waited more than 24 hours to get something fixed.
My unit has all new appliances including a washer and drier, super nice and convenient.
I love having a garage, it’s big enough for my car, motor scooter, bikes and to 36″ deep large storage shelves
Overall, I recommend living here if you want clean, safe and overall carefree living.

This review is primarily for the leasing/management staff! If you want an attentive staff that actually cares about whether you’re comfortable where you live, Village at Cascade Park is it. Veronica and Janelle made a cross-state move much easier than I anticipated, and they’re quick to make sure maintenance concerns are addressed, and that the property is well kept.
Neighborhood is quiet, but still close to amenities and the 205 freeway. It’s also cool to have a valet trash service! I never have to take my trash out anymore.
