Good: they did eventually open the door, and the technician was very nice. Bad: they took over an hour to show up, and said to expect a call within«10 – 15 minutes»(took closer to 30) and a technician to be there within«30 – 45 minutes.» and they grossly misrepresent their pricing when you call and speak to the operator. Their diagnosis fee is $ 29, which is fine and understandable, although after I described the situation to the operator(door to house is locked, deadbolt is open) he quoted me a price of $ 45, and said it shouldn’t be more than $ 80. He asked no further questions. Once the tech arrived, the $ 45 quote became $ 145. Please be more forthright with pricing, a 3x difference is a bit ridiculous.

We didn’t get to the service because the person who answered the phone was surprisingly rude. Note to the business owner, make sure that whoever answers the phone does so with the expectation that the person calling is a customer. I’m guessing it’s also their personal phone. The woman was rude and quoted pricing much higher than competitors.
