Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I occasionally rent vehicles due to my profession of a Mobile DJ and sometimes I just dont like driving my SUV to other surrounding cities. Enterprise Airport location has always provided me with superb service, professional people, and service with a smile. One lady in particular who has helped me on a few occasions named Shirley is always friendly and outgoing. Summer is a bit of a drag because they dont offer weekend deals but thats a corporate issue.

I usually book the smallest/​cheapest car I can get but had to go bigger this time because I would be traveling with my dad, who is 6’4″. I rented a standard, thinking that would be big enough but, when I saw what was to offer in that size, realized I might have to go even bigger. However, I wasn’t able to fit the extra cost into my budget and figured I could just push the seat all the way back to make my dad fit.
When the lovely women working the check-​in heard my concerns and what I was considering to stay in budget, they worked with me to fit both my dad in the car and keep me within budget.
This company is awesome and this specific Enterprise location at the Dayton airport continues in the tradition of said awesomeness.

great service and experience. Mid sized car (korean) had many features, back up camera, touch screen, blue tooth and more. Price was reasonable and did not try to sell me up.

I rent from Enterprise all over the country pretty often. I rent from enterprise even though they are more expensive because usually the staff are nice and there is no hard sell. However, tonight I experienced some of the worst customer service. The guy at the desk was very rude and persistently pushed the extra insurance coverage, asked me who my insurance was «I have never heard of them whats your deductible» I ask why? He says in a very very threatening manner «you better not damage my car or you are responsible» At which point he swiped my card multiple times, with no receipts, as per the previous customer. I am worried I am going to get over charged and am shocked by the whole experience. On a positive note, the guy who showed me the car was very nice and helpful. In summary, I would avoid this particular enterprise, unless they get rid of some of their front desk staff. In general, other enterprise offices are very nice and I think this is an outlier which enterprise needs to resolve,

Was and easy and pleasant transaction! We had a hiccup when they returned our car two days early at a location that was hundreds of miles away from where we actually were while we still had the car. Contacted them and they took care of the issue immediately and even followed up but were unable to re-​activate the satellite radio though. Overall, I would recommend Enterprise as I have used them several times and had an awesome experience!

easy pick up and easy return. representatives were helpful and friendly. only 4 stars because when i picked up the car i was offered gas refil at a significantly discounted price. i was told that they would refil the car for me upon return at the discounted rate. When i returned the car i was charged approx $ 30.00 for gas. I drove the car less than 30miles. I didn’t even use ¼ of the tank. The needle on the gas gauge hardly even moved. I went to the rental counter to ask about the $ 30 charge and the rep explained that I opted in for prepaid gas. Apparently I was prepaying for a full tank whether or not it needed to be filled. It was a total sham. I never would have taken that «deal.» I was given the impression that the tank would be replenished and i would then be charged the low price for the gas that I signed up for. The rep was nice about it when I complained that i was duped and i didn’t want to pay $ 30 for the $ 2.00 or $ 3.00 of gas I actually used. He refunded the money to me credit card. I got lucky that I was at the airport early enough to take care of the problem before I had to catch my plane home, but often time is tight when travelling and customers should not have to deal with these issues during travel even when the company reps are helpful. I will use enterprise again since they refunded the money without a battle. Don’t get duped, don’t prepay for gas unless youplan to return the car with an empty tank.

Very much appreciate the professional, courteous service after a flight. I use Enterprise at Dayton Airport at least six times a year. I have always been met with a smile and helpful attitude. The cars are in great shape, rarely have found any issues. Return could not be easier.

Easy pick up, garage where rental cars are located is directly across from the terminal, very easy walk. Everyone of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gentleman in the garage had our car pulled up, engine running with the heater on, when we walked up. It was very nice driving off in a nice warm car, thank you, Our first choice is Enterprise when renting a car.

Easy pick up, clean car, free upgrade, easy return and nice staff. What more do I need?

WE missed our flight and had to spend another evening in Dayton unexpectedly. Typical Enterprise service and courtesy. Everyone we worked with was helpful and pleasant. Got to select a Mini and it was a fun ride. These guys are great and we always try to use them.

Early December I rented a car in Vandalia, Ohio (Terminal Rd) Airport location. James Donaldson assisted me with the utmost service and genuine care. I mentioned I was visiting my brother who was recently paralyzed and needed a car to be able to get him in and out of. Quick as could be, James helped me into a an amazing upgrade and I was able to have a very special visit.
I see that other reviews indicated that the paper work/​trail was ineffective. I could not disagree more. Inside the airport was a bit slower because of the line, but once I got to the car area… which was just across the street, I was in and out with great speed!
My car was clean and full of gas.
No one grumpy this day!

I rented a car from this location and my experience was great. I reserved a Compact car and I was asked if I would like to upgrade to a standard size. The guy at the counter asked me atleast 3 times whether I want to upgrade when I kept saying no. Would have given 5 stars if that guy didn’t push me for an upgrade. However, when I arrived at the lot, I was given a complimentary Intermediate size car. The guy at the lot was pleasant and professional.

Standard Enterprise service. Staff has always be very courteous, car was exactly what I expected. I don’t have any complaints.

We rented this vehicle from the airport, and the guy at the counter totally ripped us off. There was no transparency or honesty in anything he told us. We told him we did not know when we were returning it could be 3 pm or 7 pm. He said that it did not matter and put us down for 3pm. We returned the car at 5pm, and they charged us $ 100 for an extra day!!! The lady at the return department said it was our fault and did not get the concept of «doing the right thing». All in all this company is not honest and tried taking advantage of us… very sad and disappointing enterprise.
