It took leaving 3 messages to even get an appt. After the appt. I was told that they will order his glasses and that I can pay when they come in. she couldn’t give me a price and said someone would call me tomorrow. Needless to say no one called. Even called the following week the same lady answered and said the woman I need to speak with will call me. Again no call even after leaving a few messages nothing. 3 weeks later still leaving messages finally got a return call. They never ordered his glasses. They said I can come get the script but they are never open even during business hours. I am livid and after 10 years I can say it is time to find a new dr
UPDATE…after writing a scathing letter the dr called and apologized for the inconvenience that I had occurred. He immediately rectified the problem by submitting a rush order on my son’s glasses. Exactly one week week later the glasses came in. I am happy that he took the time to personally call to gather some Information regarding the incident and showed genuine concern for my problem. I understand that incidents happen since he took the time and solved the issue I will be more than happy to continue my business with them.
