Lavender Duck Lodging

Reservation set for the first weekend in September, but our credit card was charged the middle of August. This made me a little nervous so I looked around online for reviews. There was nothing listed on Unilocal,or Foursquare. Yahoo travel had the only review and it was eight years old (
) and it was not reassuring.
Keys are picked up at 12 119 SW Cove Rd Vashon, WA 98 070, and drove to the location listed on Google that matched the images on the website… This is the old location, the new location was where we got the keys. It is, what can only be described as an old West camp, complete with teepees a barn, and a fake Saloon.
This weekend must have been an off weekend, there were no other guests, so it was quite until dawn when the stillness broken by the sounds of coyotes and roosters. Breakfast is, make your own pancakes.
The suite is nonsmoking, but has cigarette burns on the bathroom floor and the outlets in the bathroom have suffered an electrical fire.
The bed was fine. The windows were without blinds. The WiFi was spotty in the suite. But for all of these issues it was still cheaper than anything else on Vashon.
