I am impressed with the work Sue Choi does. Her hands are not miraculous(even though it may seem so). She relies on her intelligence, knowledge of anatomy and body movement, and years of experience to perceive the obstacles that obstruct your body from moving naturally. By sensitive touching, Sue helps you become more aware of your body’s natural movement, so it can learn to heal itself. Emotional and physical trauma has prevented me from feeling and moving some parts of my body. With Sue’s help, I am learning to access these unmobilized areas, and gradually, I am engaging in physical and fun activities that make me feel alive again. Thank you very much, Sue Choi!

The high point of my week is working with Sue Choi. Having had various physical trainers over the years, Sue is in a class by herself. Sue is an expert in numerous approaches to physical movement and applies her knowledge to best suit one’s specific needs. Since working with Sue, I feel better, sleep better, stand straighter and move with much more ease. She’s also taught me how to understand and listen to my body’s needs. Sue is also kind, smart and super fun to be with. If you’re looking for a more intelligent and enlightened path to movement and health, you will be most happy to be working with Sue.

Sue Choi is a very gifted practitioner. She’s smart, extremely experienced, listens to her clients, is intuitive, and uses multiple modalities expertly. Massage doesn’t begin to describe the variety of body work and other methodologies she utilizes. I’ve worked with her for years now and cannot recommend her highly enough.
