Super easy process. Came in, didn’t have my bike in the shop but placed an order and my requested model was delivered to my doorstep the next day! The shop carries tons of cool accessories as well, definitely recommend stopping by.

Unparalleled customer service experience with Sole. I had an exchange request and hands down this was the easiest and best experience I’ve had with a customer service request with any retailer ever. Seriously! Shout out to Alex at Sole for helping me out. + I fell in love with my single speed bike and now also have a cruiser and highly suggest both! The styles, fit, and quality couldn’t be better.

Love my sole bike! Had it for about a year now. Ride it almost every day and I have people turning heads almost every time I ride. Super durable too. Easy to use and maintain.

Picked up an El Tigre bike, and it’s all the rage in New York. Love it.

We picked up a couple new whips from Sole at one of their sample sales and are beyond happy with our rides! Every now and then, Sole does a sample sale for gear that was used for photoshoots and whatnot, giving you discounts on what they have — clothes, bikes, and whatever they have going on inside. Just a note, when they do these sample sales, they sell out quick! We were lucky enough to get two bikes that we really love at the sample sale. The guys at Sole’ were really cool about switching wheel colors and swapping the bikes from fixie to flywheel for us. While we took a lot of their time, the guys were really laid back and cool about making sure that we could get the best bike combo possible with what was available at the sale. I really appreciated that! The bikes ride great on the beach bike path — smooth with much better speed than your average beach cruiser. They’re also really light! Despite how they look, the seats are decently comfortable and my bony butt was able to ride for an hour the other day without a problem. Our bikes do put you in a more bent over, bike messenger type position, which is significantly different than riding a beach cruiser. For me, it’s totally comfortable, but it can take some getting used to if you’ve never had a hipster or road bike. We really love our bikes and will take them from Venice to Torrance on the bike path soon. Since we’re local, I’m happy that I can bring my bike down to Sole’ anytime if I have any issues with it and know that the crew there will be happy to help out.

Ordered a bike a year ago, and initially there was some difficulty actually ordering it. There was zero communication from their so-called«support» and I had to call/message them dozens of times to get an update on the status of my order. I was able to get through to them and the bike eventually arrived at my door. A year later, I’m trying to get through to them again and it’s the same nonsense. I left messages with no response. I called their support and spoke to the same person(Cody) who informed me he would get back to me ASAP. Still nothing. They state they’re open from 9AM-6PM but no one ever answers the phone. They make decent bikes but the whole customer support system is a JOKE. I have no idea if they realize this and don’t care or are truly oblivious to it. Either way it sucks and I just wish I could get in touch with someone.

I live in Chicago and had gotten a Sole bike through . Being 5’2″ I liked that they offered smaller frame bikes. I was nervous getting a bike I had to assemble but it was a piece of cake. I used my bike for 3 months for commuting riding between 20 – 50 miles a week. Its easy to ride, looks nice and I love the flip-flop hub. One day as I was riding home from work, my pedal started feeling strange. A bit further and my left pedal fell out. I was sad to discover my pedal crank was totally stripped and I was stuck mid commute with a defunct bike. Worried that my local shop would not have the same part or try and do up an overpriced hack job, I contacted sole. Cody at Sole in a few emails, accessed the issue and is sending me a new pedal crank. FREE! They have more hen impressed me and I will definitely consider Sole bikes when looking to purchase another.

I bought my bike from these guys a year ago and still turn heads every time I ride it. They throw awesome parties, and are working on turning this space into a gallery for their lineup of beautiful bikes. It is not a «bike shop» for maintenance and repairs(although they will fix your Sole for you) but if you are interested in riding a moving art piece you can come in and test different sizes and see the colors in-person.
