Horrible. I told them specifically that I had pet stains in my carpet and needed it to come out and some sort of deodorizer to remove odor.
The carpet was sopping wet and pet stains and odor still there. I asked them to come back for a second time and still stains and even worse odor!
Finally they came back a third time which I was charged additional for and they said it was bc they had to use some kind of expensive pet stain deodorized… Um? Why didn’t you use it in the first place???
Not to mention, the owner of the business was rude and creepy and he subcontracts his work to another «carpet cleaning business.» This was a total ripoff. I will take my business elsewhere.
