The customer service we received was so poor, I feel compelled to warn others! Our experience was specifically with the Venice location. Trying to get updates was impossible and when challenged about this lack of communication — our salesman then refused to take my calls. Unbelievable! Put in a call to the district manager seeking assistance– twice. Never received a response.
Prices are certainly at a premium for the product. I expected good service as a result. VERY disappointed. I found the salesman to be rude, disorganized, unresponsive and, in the end — useless.
If you’re looking for flooring or tile — try somewhere else!

I needed to have new carpeting installed within a short time frame, as I was taking a 10 day trip to our Florida house in order to do some renovation work. I first contacted Manasota Flooring via e-mail, and received a return phone call within a couple of hours. I set up an appointment for Tom to come to my house the day after I arrived, and he brought several samples along that met the criteria that I had described to him. I chose a carpet from one of those samples and agreed to the purchase only if it could be installed before I left. I proceeded to paint and renovate the two bedrooms, and the new carpeting was installed the day before I had to leave. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

Stopped in a few times to look at flooring options for our kitchen/dining & living areas. Customer service is beyond excellent, no pushy salespeople and the gentleman we’ve had the pleasure of talking to, Tom, is GREAT!
A few other places we’ve stopped at seems interested in trying to sell the most expensive materials they sell, but Tom respected our price point and showed us several options within our budget. He’s very knowledgeable & talented in the areas of home remodel and décor!
I definitely recommend Manasota Flooring of Venice!
