Worst place I’ve ever been to. They were rude and do not give you proper customer service not even one star should be given. So disappointing because I drove all the way out there for nothing.

They’re unprofessional and confrontational. Anyone with half a brain can tell that this place is a dump. They obviously didn’t need my business so I’ll take it elsewhere. You should do the same

I gave them 3 stars out of courtesy for my fiancée who has had his stuff here for about 4 years but I don’t know how anyone does business with a place that does not answer their phone during business hours and is closed during business hours. How does anyone know when they will be open.

Could do a lot better, had jewelry from a brand company and they didnt even want it. nor my expensive vintage camera.

The old man that owns this shop is rude and a total jerk who will cuss you out. I would never buy anything here ever much less set foot in this place.

I Went in there a year ago for my bike and I forgot to pick it up. The due date was over but they Still try to get hold of me and did not sell my bike.
How cool is that they value your property but the fact that I went in there and my bike was there after the summer where I bet they could sell it easy and make much more money. They didn’t they tried to get hold of me and that’s awesome.

Had a great experience, considering I came here in time of need. Rates are reasonable, easy access for Venice local. Spoke at length with ALEX (the big boss) he is a very kind-​hearted man who is focused on helping others. He would prefer members of the community come in and enjoy great deals on electronics, bicycles, and TVs. He is not interested in dealing with the desperation that may lead to disappointment, and thus a bad experience. I am very grateful of the service they provide, and now I’m looking to do more purchases here. ALEX explained that he is not trying to compete with the BigBox stores like BestBuy, he just merely wants to provide people with a good experience, a highly discounted item, and make a small profit at the same time. The regulars know that they can place a call to TONY (general manager) and describe an item they are looking for, he will keep an eye out and give you a call if it comes in. This place has very fair pricing on gold, jewelry, and coins. They don’t keep alot of inventory, and it’s always a good idea to stop in and take a look. I am very pleased to have found this little gem!
