I was given 2 faulty parts on 2 separate occasions for my Apple laptop. When I called for an explanation I was told that Apple was at fault. I can understand once but twice seems unreasonable. When we returned to the store, the owner was rude and beligerent. We did get our money back for the 2nd part but the whole experience was beyond negative. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We are Venice residents who have taken 2 computers to Microtek and both times, the folks there way exceeded our expectations. Our first breakdown was an older desktop computer; we didn’t know anything about Microtek but they did a terrific job, fixing it for a reasonable price and in a great turnaround time. Our second visit was because of a newer laptop, still under extended warranty, that we didn’t want to send away and risk losing data off of it. Again, Microtek fixed it perfectly in a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Be very careful using this company. Took computer in for some repairs was told one price and when I called to see if was done the price had jumped. Never got a ok from me to pay the higher price. I had to give them my pass word and I didn’t feel good about them having it. I asked if they could explain how to change the pass word and was told it would cost $ 45.00 to learn how. Will never use them again
