Paul is, as one of the other reviews put it, a very nice guy. And he is also very competent. I had a problem today that he researched and solved over the phone without a visit!
He is our to go guy for pc issues!

I called Paul on a Monday and he came to the house on Tuesday. He found an issue that was due to Comcast and proceeded to call them to straighten out the mess. We are grateful that he when the extra mile, and recommend him wholeheartedly.
