Chill place to come and get a pitcher of beer and wings while catchting a sports game… If you do stuff like that. They don’t allow anyone under 21 so even if they aren’t drinking, find somehwhere else. definitely a good Venice spot to check out

Best bar ever — hottest & sweetest blonde bartender & super nice doorman as well. If we lived in Venice we would be here every week!

I came here to watch playoff hockey. Nice amount of TVs. The music is a little clubby for during the day but if you drink enough of their $ 10 bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys that goes till 2:00pm it’s not so bad. Breakfast burrito with nicely seasoned potatoes $ 8.00 not the best, not the worst Mac and cheese with jalapeños and bacon and garlic bread $ 10.00 I really enjoyed this. Great bartender always had a mimosas waiting before I finished my last. I’ll definitely be back to try other food and drink their $ 10 Bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys.

Can’t complain! Came to Nikki’s a few weeks ago for a girlfriends birthday and got bottle service. Super fun, great table, music was great and service was top notch! We all had a really wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Thanks Jay! We’ll see you soon!

All around horrible customer service! I would come with my husband just for the wings. We enjoyed the night life and the food made it worth it. I will never be back tho. They have a dress code for the men that is dumb… no shorts after 4pm??? They have pictures that r of the beach and girls in bikini s, come on… news flash u r located next to a beach. The gals have their chest hanging out that serve your customers but men can’t wear shorts. BUT Larry’s one block over amazing customer service! And no dress code.

CHECKYOURBANKACCOUNTAFTERYOUGOHERE! I was visiting a friend in the area and we went here on a Saturday night, Feb 21st. Later in the week I noticed that they double charged me for my bar tab. I told my friend about it and he said the same thing happened to him a few weeks ago. I went in to get it corrected and they took down my phone number. When I spoke with the manager a few days later, I asked if this happens often. She informed me that there«must have been a glitch last weekend because I was the 3rd or 4th person» that reported a double charge. Sounds pretty fishy… this place will try to steal your money so watch out! UPDATE: Thanks Amy for your response and correcting the error. I truly hope it was an honest error but people at least ought to know to check and see if it happened to them since it apparently wasn’t an isolated incident. Hopefully you have reviewed your transaction records from the past few weeks and proactively corrected other issues. As for the establishment itself, it provides a solid dance club atmosphere if that is what you are looking for on a Saturday night in Venice. The DJ/VJ did a good job with the beats. The bartenders seemed to be attentive despite being crowded. Decent beer selection. I haven’t had food there so can’t comment in that area. Overall not bad just be careful…

We wandered into Nikki’s after dinner in Venice on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised by the night scene(not many places like this in Venice!). Sports bar turned mini club at night. The DJ was great and played hip hop all night. 4 stars mostly because it’s not douchey at all — in fact, the bouncers promptly kicked out a group of guys for just being douchey(major props). There are tables that they attempt to sell bottle service at, but didn’t yell at us for sitting at them when they weren’t sold(like some places do). Not sure I’d go out of my way to go to Nikki’s, but it’s a great option for a night out in Venice.

$ 5 all you can eat tacos and $ 3 coronas every Tuesday until 10pm. You pay at the bar and they give you a wristband so you can get in line for tacos. 2 – 3 soft tortilla tacos at a time with choices of pork, chicken, beef, and fish fillings. You help yourself to an assortment of toppings: tomatoes, onions, mango salsa, cilantro, cabbage, and different sauces. Great deal for a Tuesday night dinner!

What can I say about Nikki’s. It’s great on so many levels and in some aspects not so much. Great owner/manager. Most of their food is great! Check out their specials. they are busy on most nights and offer dancing with a VJ on the weekends. On weekdays play most of the games during the day/dinner. Servers are touch and go. They are all very nice but not timely or correct all the time. Sometimes you feel like you’ve been there for days without water. So patience is a must! Despite that, Nikki’s is my favorite neighborhood bar… Good on all nights of the week that match your mood.

Dodgers bar, happy hour 4−9pm on Fridays with $ 3 beer, house wine, and wells. $ 5 cocktails(the ones with stars on the menu). $ 2 off all appetizers — the giant pretzel was down to $ 3 and it was big and delicious, served with a thick honey mustard and a jalapeño cheese sauce. Regular happy hour is everyday from 4−7pm. It gets pretty loud in here but the people watching is fabulous. Lots of guys come here for dodger games — way less females. You also have your local Venice types who always look to me like they have run away from a circus. They do have a good number of TVs here so it gets packed for sporting events. There is a parking lot past it towards the beach but it is pretty expensive. A lot of the meters are one hour or two hour only so make sure you read the signs.

Solid! Been here for drinks on two sunday’s now and it’s awesome. Many TV’s, not too crowded, and the bartenders pour some stiiiif drinks(maybe I’m a lightweight). Haven’t gotten any food but that’s next on the agenda. Great sunday spot for football!

One of my favorite bars in Venice! If you’re looking for a fun spot to watch the game or just to hang out, come here. They have daily happy hour deals that end at 7pm. They have booths and regular seats. Sometimes they keep to the 5 people per booth but if it’s not too packed they don’t care. Great selection of beer! Never heard anyone have a problem getting the beer they want. I always get Shock Top and chicken quesadillas. I also like their nachos! Portion sizes are pretty big and I always take food home.

New go-to! I had heard a lot about this spot from friends, but hadn’t been till yesterday. For a Sunday afternoon, it was just crowded enough to be fun but not annoying(surprising for a bar super close to the beach on a sunny, football day). We were able to get a table for 4 with clear views of the TVs right away. The TVs were on just bit too loud, but it was bearable. Happy hour on weekends doesn’t include any food, but pretty awesome deals on drinks($ 3-$ 5!!). We of course still got food and it was all pretty good for bar food. We got the steak nachos, the giant pretzel, and the fries which came with 2 dipping sauces(I love sauces and they have a good selection). Just an FYI, they don’t have chicken tenders, which is just a bummer since it’s a bar food staple! 4 instead of 5 stars because of service, because it was just okay. While our server was friendly enough, we had to flag her down to get silverware, plates, etc. It wasn’t super busy otherwise I wouldn’t have faulted her. Overall, I’ll definitely be back!

Looks like I found me a sweet new spot for some NFL Sundays. I rolled through Nikki’s last Sunday with a friend of mine for the Packers vs Bears game and prior to this, I had never even heard of Nikki’s. I’m a creature of habit when it comes to my football and I usually can’t be pried away from my local bar where I know I can hear my Green Bay game. But my pal Wil swore that we’d have a TV with our game on so I said sure, why not? I had this gut feeling the Pack was going to crush the Bears(which they did) and I figured it would be fun to talk a little smack. First step in the door I took in the upscale vibe. I was into it. The décor, the location(one block from the ocean), the open space. Sure, there’s a time and place for shit hole sports bars but I’m grown, I have things I’ve come to like, things I don’t *need* but things I *like*. Sometimes I like a comfortable seat, and sometimes I like TVs suspended from the ceiling so I don’t have to break my neck to see a game. Sometimes I like an upscale menu of bites so I don’t have to drown myself in greasy fries, including a place like Nikki’s that even has fresh juice if the hangover is too much to start tossing back more booze. Nikki’s had it all AND I got to watch the Bears get stomped out by the Packers, in Chicago no less. That’s a helluva a Sunday. They have bottomless mimosas around brunch time, I had an organic chop salad with quinoa which was stupid good, and the servers made sure we had everything we needed. The ownership changed earlier this year, spruced up the place and took another look at what Nikki’s needed to step their game up. Looks to me like it was working. I can’t speak to the night time hours but I’m sure it’s a good time, I hear the happy hour is legit. What else can I really ask for? No complaints here, that’s for sure. Good food, cocktails, and football. I was watching what I ate on that trip but next time I’m going to rough up a plate of the avocado wontons, I can tell you that much. Good shit, Nikki’s. Well done. And by the way, GREENBAYFORLIFE.

If you’re not coming here for a happy hour in Venice, you’re a fool. $ 3 beers, $ 5 specials FTW! It’s a great place to go when you are trying to take a step away from the wackiness of Venice beach. For that matter the wings and fries are quite good with an assortment of dipping sauces. The staff has been nothing but friendly, whether I’m the only person in there or it’s packed. Definitely give Nikki’s a try if you want a classy deal for you and your group of friends.

I might as well copy/paste Brandon H.‘s review from 7÷4÷2014 because I got the exact same vibe. It’s a pretty fun place and I actually enjoyed being here, but it was just so mediocre with that top-40 blasting DJ. That music is just so desperate and unimpressive sounding. Drinks are a bit overpriced outside of happy hour, food is okay. This place still somehow manages to get packed at night though. A-OK, yup.

The food is amazing! Had steak & potatoes. Topped off with their chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Unbelievable. Good healthy simple. Great setting. Sidewalk open windows give a great breeze. Only cons is loud music and lack of staff. Service was great, but overwhelmed for the small team. Being an avid sports fan, the screens are a beautiful bonus. They are everywhere. Thank you for this.

Extender happy hour on Fridays? We are there! Their usual happy hours are every weekday from 4pm-7pm and Fridays are from 4pm-9pm! Happy hour includes: $ 3 beers, house wine, well drinks $ 5 special cocktails $ 832oz beergarita? Food: If I heard right, appetizers are 50% off. There’s something about that garlic sauce for the fries. Tastes pretty good. When we ordered the calimari, it was good as well. Less batter, which was perfect. Drinks: Cannot complain on strong well drinks for only $ 3 :) Atmosphere: Nikki has a lounge kind of feeling. There are a few lounge seats available for big parties or small, depending on who claims it first. THere’s also high table and regular tables that seats 4 people. Only thing I didn’t like was the seat we sat in which was basically on the side of the high tables and by the kitchen. They could have spilled stuff on us :/ Service: Ha, with us sitting by the kitchen and basically by ourselves, the lady wouldn’t have missed us, so the service was pretty quick. Overall, not a bad place to hang out. Good for big groups and dates. Just make sure you don’t sit by the kitchen or that one lonely table that’s all by itself even though there’s no seats! We had a few drinks in us before sitting, so the seat did not suck that badly. :X Coming back? Will think about it.

How can you beat 25 cent wings all night long? Apparently this is Nikki’s Wednesday night specials and if you took a look around the restaurant, everyone was chowing down on wings and piling up their bones like it was the end of the world. I joined my friends at 6:00PM, they had held a table since 5:15PM and we jumped right into the wing extravaganza and happy hour deals! Our group of 6 truly ate an impressive number of wings — probably around 70 – 80(and one of the girls didn’t eat any at all!) We tried: — teriyaki — good flavor but very sticky — BBQ — tasted like regular BBQ and very saucy — spicy honey — these were pretty good! Not too sweet — sriracha garlic — these were probably my favorite. Great spice and nice and garlicky — atomic — the smell of these was way worse than the spice! I was disappointed — more vinegar-y than spicy :( We all ordered drinks as well. Total: $ 65 for 6 people, a mountain of wings and a flatbread and plenty of drinks. PARKING: There’s a few meters right outside and a $ 10 lot(don’t park in the lot!) I found metered parking(free after 6:00PM) just fine across the street. VENUE: Pretty nice! Tables aren’t too crammed, although the high tops are slightly awkward to position chairs around. Very lively crowd. Single stall restrooms, and the first time I’ve ever seen a line for the men’s room! The line was for washing hands though. Lots of big flat screens playing the game. SERVICE: I didn’t catch our server’s name but she was very nice(with super toned arms!) and brought our food and drinks pretty quickly. She also checked in on us several times through the night. Two other guys stopped by to clear our table a couple of times too. Fun place for a casual happy hour or to catch the game.
